I like the illustrations but the writing is trying too hard to be Roald Dahl-esque. the stories were interesting but somehow not fulfilling. Not a bad read for a boring Saturday.

Whimsical , quirky and sometimes weird, but entertaining and original. I am not sure if the book is meant for ten-year olds, as some of the ideas were definitely 'adult'. Nevertheless liked them
