Not what I was expecting but interesting to see how such a big company's leadership team thinks and adjusts to changing times.

I came into the book with a pretty hostile attitude, and was quite impressed. I suspect Mr. Pollard and I would disagree on a good number of public policy issues having to do with the regulation of business (and we had a pretty awful experience with the Servicemaster subsidiarity that administered our home warranty), but he provides an excellent image of how Christian ethics can impact corporate life. A lot of good stuff in here. I'll be back at my leisure, I suspect.
