Dagrinian Love #1

Megan's Alien

Rate this book
Earth is no longer my home.

Megan Blaker ~ Fear of the unknown has me longing to rewind time and not be kidnapped by aliens. I’ve just been given to a new alien. He’s the third one in two days. This purple skinned alien isn’t as dangerous and scary looking as the others and he smells delicious. My heart lurches as hope and passion flare within me. I have to fight my strange attraction to him because I know looks can be deceiving.

Hilam Braknee ~ I’m not looking for a female. Not even a cute one. My work comes first. That’s why I’m surprised when I’m inexplicably drawn to the little human my brother brings me. Something in her pretty eyes intrigues me. She needs a bath, some healing, and a good meal. After all of her needs have been met, I’ll decide what to do with my distracting gift.

5005 is a scary year to be alive. Change is brewing in the stars.

Warning: Adult content. This story could be offensive to some. Buyer beware: Dagrinians are a group of VOYEURS and EXHIBITIONISTS! They don’t share but they do look!

Hilam and Megan. This was an odd read, but enjoyable. Megan is kidnapped by scummy aliens who (luckily for her) sell her another alien. This one gives her to Hilam in thanks for a kind deed. Megan has no clue what's going on because she doesn't speak alien and is pretty freaked out. I was a little disappointed how quickly she switches from freaked out to complacent, but it is a short story. The aliens were entertaining and kinda humorous. There's virtually no conflict other than Megan getting used to her new life. Still it was entertaining and titillating.

Short and sweet

This is one of those stories that are not particularly complicated or involved. The premise is simple, girl gets kidnapped from Earth by nasty aliens sold to another alien. Then she's given to another alien, etc, etc. The only real difference is the girl likes to cook. Character development is rather slim. Sex is so so. But it is OK for summertime reading. Just get it free.

Megan's Alien to the rescue!

This is a fun little story that has two different species finding pleasure and companionship in each other. One is a workaholic and needs to relax and get more mellow. Megan needs someone to care for. They seem to be a good match.

Good

This is a good short story. One thing I thought was dumb was how she would say "your mean". It made it seem like a juvenile was writing the story. Overall it was an entertaining book to read.

Wow! What a great story.

Hilam and Megan was a great start to this series. They are perfect for each other and what I would call fated mates.

Absolutely Outstanding Book!

This book was wonderfully well written. It was full of vivid, relatable characters, amazing adventures, beautiful love story,  sexy aliens, scorching hot love scenes, and mind boggling alien landscape descriptions that were so creatively done, that it was so realistically brought to life with clever wording, it almost felt like being inside an actual science fiction movie. I was instantly engaged with the story and people that it was hard to set down. I definitely didn't want to stop reading for a moment!! This Author is one to watch for and I will be willing to by anything else she offers in the future! This book would be a great addition to ANY library!!
I read a lot & I'm very fast, at least 2-3 books a day, but If a story doesn't engage me immediately, I won't bother to finish it. If I've read a book and wrote a review for it, that a pretty good endorsement of it, that at least it's decent enough to be worth your time and money, in my humble opinion. Thank you

Sweet story

This was a sweet book. It had a sci-fi bent to it,but anyone would like this as a love story. The characters were believable and the world the author creates was wonderful. I will be reading more from this author.

I dunno why this story didn't grab me. Although it introduced a lot of names (so it looks like Pixie intended to start this series) the h and H just seemed a bit weird and implausible why she should fall in love with him.
Will keep trying with this as it may improve over the series
