Workout tips:
-Keep you head straight and level.
-Watch yourself in a mirror and concentrate on your form.
-Don't exercise in such a way that it hurts.
-When exercising; concentrate on exercising (and not TV or music or whatever.)

Got all that? You have now gained 90% of the value from Master the Art of Working, an instructional manual that suffers from 'the curse of the self-help book.' In other words, it contains enough useful advice to fill a handy pamphlet but became a glossy, 150 page book so someone could make some money.

And while the information is useful (I use much of it in my everyday life), it's also accessible from a variety of other sources and this book proves weak in terms of explanations and examples. Not a recommended buy, but worth a quick skim.

Keep you neck straight is all you need to know. Most of the book is just repeated info if you have done some reading on AT before you can easily skip it
