I didn’t ride into Tampa looking for love. I came chasing blood ties and a truth my mother took to her grave.
I found brothers I never knew I had. A crew that doesn’t just ride, they bleed together. And somehow, I ended up in the middle of all of it. The new mechanic on the Speed Demons’ roster. The girl with too many secrets and a heart that doesn’t know how to stay still.
We’re headed to Ireland for the biggest race of our lives. But this trip? it changes everything. The lines between love, lust, and loyalty blur. What started as flirtation becomes obsession. What felt like chaos becomes home.
Even after finishing this an hour ago I’m still crying 😭 time and time again this author dives deep into my soul and brings those emotions out of me that stay buried deep, going into this one though I didn’t think it would be so soul crushing, the highs and lows of my emotions felt like I was detoxing as I hit the lowest of lows, the yo-yo of emotions she put me through definitely solidifies why she’s one of my top authors.
On her deathbed dying from cancer Echo's mother confesses that she has two brothers that she never knew about, all these years through the highs and lows it's only been the two of them.
1 Girl (Echo) and 3x Guys (Wolfe + Thorne and Draygon) her brothers teammates. She knew who they were from the get go so when each of them found out who she was I couldn't stop that little giggle escaping. One she met at a bar her first night in town, the other 2 she met at a party and they go back to her hole in the wall motel where she's staying.
I loved Echo, fierce, sassy and hilarious ad the perfect addition to this mismatched group of bikers. And then throw in the boys, Wolfe had my heart followed by Draygon who always looked after her wellbeing and Thorne was coming into his own.
Found family Bi awakening Why choose Racing Trauma and loss
So there we are getting wrapped up in those feels and I was feeling one more than the other two to be honest, until the unthinkable happened and nothing would ever be the same again, my heart broke, my tears flowed, three broken souls left tattered.
If you've not checked out this series, do yourself a favour and grab it off Amazon, it's that good, you'll thank me later xox
I cracked open Bend and immediately felt like Nova Kane had climbed out of the pages, slapped my emotional stability across the face, and whispered, “Buckle up, babe.” This book does not start gently — it lunges. It grabs your feelings by the throat and bends them like a pretzel at a carnival stall run by a demon with a customer‑service problem.
The characters? Sweetheart, they are feral. Not “slightly damaged but trying their best” feral — I mean emotionally‑rabid raccoon in a wheelie bin at 2am feral. They’re traumatised, stubborn, allergic to communication, and so magnetically drawn to each other that every scene feels like a slow‑motion car crash you can’t look away from.
The chemistry? Violent. Not “oh they’re cute together” — no, no, no. It’s giving “I hate you, I want you, I’m going to ruin your life and then apologise badly”. Every touch is a threat. Every glance is a meltdown. Every argument is foreplay with emotional shrapnel.
Nova Kane writes longing like she’s personally offended by your heart. The tension is so tight it could snap a steel cable. I had to put the book down twice just to breathe like a normal human instead of a Victorian woman having a fainting spell.
The banter? Sharp enough to slice fruit. The vulnerability? Hidden under twelve layers of trauma and sarcasm. The sexual tension? Sweetheart, it could power Melbourne’s tram network for a week.
And the plot? It bends — literally, metaphorically, emotionally, spiritually. It’s trauma, healing, desire, fear, and the terrifying possibility of being truly seen. It’s messy in the way real people are messy — except hotter and with better dialogue.
Why 4–4.5 stars? Because it’s addictive, beautifully written, and emotionally devastating in that “I didn’t consent to this level of character depth” way. It’s not perfect — a few moments drag, a few choices make you want to throw a cushion — but sweetheart, when it hits? It hits.
A feral, emotionally loaded, slow‑burn‑but‑also‑explosive romance where two beautifully broken disasters try to bend toward each other without snapping in half — and you sit there, clutching your chest, whispering “oh babe…” like you’re watching a soap opera in real time.
I love and adore Nova. That being said, I was so excited to get to know Echo, Thorne, Wolfe, and Draygon like everyone else, but honestly this story felt super rushed to me. Theres not a lot of background telling us about each character. The relationship development between characters I don't feel was all the way there. I still loved parts of this story, but others I felt just either didn't need to be there or were super rushed in order to complete the chapter.
“Home isn't a building. It isn't a place that can't change or people who never leave. It's knowing there are people waiting when I come back around. It's being missed when I'm gone. It's having somewhere I want to return to”.
Nova Kane, as I've told you, you are evilllllllllllllllllllll 😭
I love Echo. Genuinely, everything about her. And Wolfe? I love that man SO much. He’s easily one of my favourite Speed Demon characters, and his connection with Echo was the one I felt most strongly. He was also the character I connected with most as a reader. 🖤
I didn’t feel quite as attached to Draygon and Thorne, and I would’ve loved a little more time getting to know them and deepening those connections before certain events unfolded. But that absolutely did not stop this book from being heart-wrenching. Tissues were used. Feelings were most definitely hurt.
NOVA KANE, WHY???????????????? 😭
Out of the Full Send books I’ve read so far, this is the one that broke me the most. I will not elaborate further. Please respect my privacy during this difficult time...
It also felt like the strongest writing in the series so far, and it was my most enjoyable read of the three (even with the emotional damage). I’m heading into Revv next, apparently because I enjoy putting my heart in Nova’s hands and hoping for the best.
Third book in the series, and I’ve been so curious to get to know Draygon, Thorne, and Wolfe better, as well as meet Echo. I found the premise interesting, but I felt like we only got to know these characters on the surface when I was hoping for more.
The romance felt more like hookups, so I never really connected with them emotionally. Because of that, the events that followed didn’t have the impact I expected, especially since it felt unnecessary and repetitive after seeing a very similar situation play out in the previous books.
I was especially invested in the MM aspect of this story, but ultimately left wanting more. Unfortunately, this one felt flat and rushed for me, and I had to force myself to finish. It wasn’t until around 90% that I finally felt something.
I received this complimentary ARC from the author, providing me with the opportunity to share my voluntary thoughts and opinions.
I am not at all a fan of racing. I know it seems strange to commit to a series with no interest to racing … (however can I say the level of detail when it came to motorcycles themselves and how they work and such there was so much detail surrounding it that it was clear someone has some knowledge and it was represented well in the book although I had no clue what they were talking about.
So why do you read the series ..
The story … the characters …it is the Relationships and family dynamics that are represented in the Full Sends series that attracts me to reading them as they come with such variety. They are written from the soul and with such incredible talent.
Echo’s story is a new edition to FullSends and Nova ensure that you are moved by her characters’ purpose amongst speed demons family.
I hope it’s not considered a spoiler to say this book is about grief as well. The parts of the Full Sends written to rip hearts will be felt. For me that was not in the form of tears but deep sadness and it put heaviness on my heart. Nova’s meaningful words lifted from the pages and into the hearts and minds this reader and just the word choice alone made me immediately think … “Now I understand why it took her the time it did to write those words. They were with such depth and I feel that I have said this before…but it seems written from someone who knows how write pain.
I enjoyed reading this series and glad that I gave it chance. Looking forward to the last book

The way this book broke my heart into pieces and slowly put all the pieces back together and healed me as well. I can't even put together the words about how this book put me through it.
Echo comes back into town after losing her mom. Before her mom passes she tells her about her family and how she has brothers. What she doesn't expect is to find them and find family within the Speed demons.
I loved how fierce she was and messy. She was just dealing with all of her emotions from losing her mom. She is just trying to deal with her grief even if it was a bit messy. When she started meeting the guys I didn't expect to love them as much as I did right away. I loved how each of the guys brought something different into the relationship. The way they all brought something different to the relationship and they all fit together.
The way this book had me using a whole box of tissues 😭 this story broke my heart into pieces shattered, stomped on it and then slowly started putting the pieces back together.
This series will forever have a special place in my heart ❤️ I will never stop thinking about this series and the characters.
I'd like to discuss something with you. Remember Apex and Endo. Both books of yours, both books that broke my heart and made me ugly cry. But because you heal my heart again, I continue to read your books and love them. I'm totally obsessed with and LOVE the Speed Demons and that's why I end up completely emotionally destroyed. I'm going to need to send you my therapy bill and I haven't even started REVV yet. 😂
If you're not Nova Kane and you're reading this, my advice is you need to read The Full Send series. Just grab some extra tissues and buckle up because its an emotional rollercoaster that you won't want to end. She writes characters you'll love and their stories are unforgettable. Add in the nicknames she uses for her characters and you'll be swooning.
Here's what you can expect in BEND:
💚 Found Family 🏍 Bi-Awakening 💚 Bike Smut 🏍 Team Trip 💚 Why Choose (MMFM) 🏍 FMC Biker 💚 Push & Pull 🏍 Grumpy/Sunshine 💚 Track Racing 🏍 Trauma & Grief 💚 Friends to Lovers 🏍 Secrets & Betrayal
𝗕𝗟𝗨𝗥𝗕: I didn’t ride into Tampa looking for love- I came chasing blood ties and a truth my mother took to her grave.
I found brothers I never knew I had. A crew that doesn’t just ride- they bleed together.
But nothing about the Speed Demons comes without cost. And not everyone makes it to the finish line.
This isn’t just about the race. it’s about who you hold onto when the road twists, and who you lose when it breaks.
Bend is the 3rd book in the full send series and Nova has once again given us an amazing but heartbreaking story.
Watching Echo come into a totally new world and grow friendships and relationships was a really beautiful thing. I think she is the perfect addition to the Speed Demons. The chemistry between Echo and the mmc's was incredible! I just loved watching everyone's relationships grow in this story.
Nova really hit me in the feels with this one. I have cried while reading every book in the Full Send series, but probably the most in Bend. Nova is just amazing at writing stories that make you feel every emotion, but that is one of the things I love most about her! Even if she makes me cry... a lot.
I was a little scared to start this book since the author had such a hard time writing it. I knew it would wreck me emotionally. And it did. It’s raw and real and heartbreaking. But so is life. Life isn’t full of rainbows and unicorns. That being said I absolutely loved it. It’s so beautifully written. This story touched me in a way I can’t describe. The love the characters have for each other has no bounds. When life throws a cruel twist at them I felt their grief bleed through the pages and into my soul. This story will live in a little piece of my heart.
Each book in the Full Send series seems to have me in a chokehold. The banter between the characters, the heartbreak of the loss. I always hooked of the start.
I RECEIVED AN ARC FOR MY HONEST REVIEW and honestly… WHERE DO I EVEN START?! 😂
😭😭😭 I DID NOT SURVIVE THIS BOOK.
I mean that shit with my whole chest. This book fucking finished me. I cried so hard there is basically photo evidence.
NOVA. EXCUSE ME?!
I was warned. I was absolutely warned. Did I listen? No. Did I think it would hurt THIS much? Also no. Do I need several business days, a therapist and possibly a new personality? YES.
“And just like that, the world tilts, everything shifting as I wait for them to process the truth.”
Yeah. THE WORLD TILTED. SO DID MY EMOTIONAL STABILITY. 🫠
This was an outstanding, heartbreaking, beautifully written third book in the Full Send series. The depth of emotion in this story?? WOW. I felt everything the love, the heartache, the grief, the joy, the chaos.
And speaking of chaos… Echo. 🔥
Echo was messy, fiery, hilarious and exactly the kind of chaos the Speed Demons needed. Her chemistry with the MMCs was 🔥🔥🔥 and I absolutely loved watching the relationships and friendships develop. She fit into the found family like she’d always been there.
Also, the banter in this series remains ELITE.
“Hold up, you’ve been my big bro for like two seconds, so chill. Besides, I hate to break it to you, but I don’t exactly scream ‘girl group brunch’,”.
I CACKLED. 😂
And then:
“Every family has their drama. Their secrets. Their novela level bullshit.”
Honestly? The Speed Demons should put that on a fucking family crest.
The found family aspect gets me every single time, though. 🥹
“Why do you think we’re as close as we are? We’re a family because we protect each other.”
And THAT is why I love these characters so damn much.
There’s also:
“My perspective? My perspective is I got bar-bathroomed and then ghosted while she was apparently off starting a side quest with you two.”
SIDE QUEST. 😂
I’m sorry, but this entire sentence deserves an award. And because apparently Nova wanted to personally attack my sanity:
“It’s messy. Complicated as fuck. Probably a terrible idea.”
BABE. THAT IS NEVER A REASSURING SENTENCE.
Then we have:
“Maybe, but liking me and being ready for me aren’t the same thing.”
OOF. 🫠
And this one?
“Fear doesn’t always mean stop, waŋyéča. Sometimes it just means pay attention.”
Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful.
But the line that fucking got me:
“Loving someone doesn’t have to mean losing pieces of yourself to keep them.”
EXCUSE ME WHILE I STARE INTO THE VOID FOR A MINUTE. 😭
And then Nova had the audacity to give me:
“Home isn’t a building. It isn’t a place that can’t change or people who can never leave. It’s knowing there are people waiting when I come back around.”
FOUND FAMILY. I’M UNWELL.
And finally:
“Because you showed up when everything around here was pretty fucking dark.”
Nova Kane has once again proven she can make me laugh out loud and ugly cry in the SAME FUCKING CHAPTER. Her writing pulls you straight into the story, makes you care about these characters, and then apparently decides your emotional wellbeing is optional.
So yes…
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars because apparently emotional damage is worth five stars.
If you haven’t started the Full Send series yet, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! Go. Read. Now.
Make my heart happy, break it, stomp on it, and then try and glue the pieces back together correctly. I cried real tears 😭
Echo comes to town after her mom dies but before she died she told Echo about the family that she took her away from before she was born.
So naturally she drops into town and goes to meet said secret family: AKA the Speed Demon brothers. And boy did she cause a shit storm 😅🌪️
She meets Draygon, Thorne, and Wolfe and they all instantly have a connection. Even if it wasn’t started with full honesty.
Echo truly fits in so well with the Speed Demons even after the bumpy road that they started on. She knows bikes like the back of her hand and it was honestly perfect for who her brothers are and the 3 demons she falls for.
Draygon, Wolfe, and Thorne are all so good with Echo. They all have that caring personality, the hot boy charm, and they all put their family before anything else.
We also got to see Wolfe & Thorne’s bi-awakening and it was so amazing to see them accept it after years of pining and hopeful thinking.
I really thought Nova did her best worst to hurt me with Endo… but no, apparently that was a warm up. This woman definitely said “hold my beer” while she ripped my heart out and stomped on it. Bend follows our girl Echo, who is grieving the loss of her mother & coming to terms with finding out she has brothers that she never knew about. Echo is a Shaw through & through she not only finds a family in her journey, she finds out who she is, and learns to love hard. “You’re a Shaw, Echo. Bikes are in your fucking blood.”
She finds herself tangled with not 1 biker, but 3. Draygon, Wolfe & Thorne who all offer up different parts of themselves, parts that Echo needs in her life. These 3 men capture her heart and teach her lessons about how it feels to truly belong somewhere & find a home in people.
“I had already learned that grief could make two days feel like two hours and twenty years feel like nothing at all.”
Nova also gives us looks at the crew from the entire series, which I loved seeing their dynamics after time has passed. Seeing Echo having lunch with the girls was honestly one of my favorite scenes. All the personalities just leap off the page.
“Loving someone doesn’t have to mean losing pieces of yourself to keep them.”
In summary, Nova made me sob like a baby, but call me a masochist because I loved the entire journey. Go read this book and then scream in my DMs because I will scream with you.
𝗙𝗔𝗩𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗤𝗨𝗢𝗧𝗘: “Family isn’t always something you recognize because you share blood or a last name. Sometimes it’s simply the people who stay, who make room for your grief without asking you to explain it, and who somehow know when to hold on and when to just sit beside you. Sometimes it’s all of us packed together in silence, hurting in different ways but carrying the same loss.”
Fuck me, what a book. I thought Apex hit the spot, then Endo came along and pulled at my heartstrings, and then Bend appeared and, fuck me sideways, did it rip my heart out.
Like the rest of the Speed Demons, I loved this book inside and out. It felt raw and powerful from start to finish. I absolutely loved that this book had actual mechanical knowledge about bikes, and I absolutely enjoyed reading that. Just like the previous books, the riding felt connected and pure. You could feel the freedom, the adrenaline and the therapy that comes with it.
The story was intense. The love was pouring through the pages. The found family was perfect, the banter and back and forths were everything, and then there was the race… WHAT A RACE. A race I know all to well. The good, the bad and the ugly.
But I was not expecting this book to have me spilling my emotions everywhere. I broke alongside these characters because Nova Kane somehow stole the show and made everything feel so real.
Echo was our feisty mechanic turned racer who had something to prove. After finding her family, she also found not one kind of love, but three, with our Speed Demons. Watching her find herself and discover what she deserved was everything.
Wolfe… there are no words. He was perfect. I genuinely cannot cry any more. 😭
Thorne — learning not to run, learning to let go and finally allowing himself to be loved.
Dragon — somehow holding me together when I was falling apart.
Revel and Lana were always a pleasure to see, and Talon, Sayshen and Bex were just as brilliant as ever.
This book was alive. This book was a vibe. This book was a whole fucking emotion, and I loved every second of feeling it all.
I cannot wait to read the next one and see where this story takes us because, if you can't get your throttle therapy on the road, you know you can always get it in a Nova Kane book.
When I say I’m not sure if I finished reading this book or if this book finished me, I really mean it. Amazing, heartbreaking, beautifully written 3rd book in the Full Send series.
The characters, the storyline, the emotions, everything in this book was amazing! I want to yell at Nova for some things that happened in this book (ch 20-21 😭) and I need at least a few business days to recover lol
I loved Echo as a FMC, she was messy in a good way and a fun addition to the Speed Demons family. Her chemistry with the MMCs was great and I loved the relationship and friendship developments in this book. And of course it’s always amazing to see the characters from previous books in the series and how they’re doing.
Nova’s writing was once again top tier. She’s one of those authors that can make me laugh out loud and ugly cry during the same chapter. Her writing always makes me feel for the characters and also feel like I’m in the middle of the story with them.
If you haven’t checked out this series yet, please, please do so, this series is amazing! Tissues are highly recommended, trust me, you’ll need them!
“And just like that, the world tilts, everything shifting as I wait for them to process the truth.” “Maybe, but liking me and being ready for me aren’t the same thing.” “Why do you think we’re as close as we are? We’re a family because we protect each other.” “It’s messy. Complicated as fuck. Probably a terrible idea.” “Fear doesn’t always mean stop, waŋyéča. Sometimes it just means pay attention.”
I received an ARC of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review. Receiving ARC didn’t affect my opinion of the book.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
Echo had always believe it was just her mom and her against the world. That was until her mom was laying in bed with stage 4 cancer and revealed that echo had two brothers. When her mother passed she went in search of these two mysterious brothers Sayshen and Talon
What she didn’t expect to find when she was searching for him was a family and three men who immediately catch her eye. Draygon is always looking out for her making sure she eats more than just coffee. Wolfe is always there to bring a smile to her face and be what she needs in the moment , And Thorne is the cocky comedian that is still trying to accept his feeling for not only her but also Wolfe.
The moment their eyes landed on her there was no going back, all three of them where instantly hooked. Little did they know after they first saw her that she would end up being the new mechanics for the speed demons. The speed demons are set to face their biggest challenge yet after being offered a spot to race in the Isle of Man TT. A course where one wrong move sends you home in a bag instead of an airplane seat.
I loved this book. Watching Thorne give into what he feels and learn that he shouldn’t be ashamed to admit to liking Wolfe. Watching all four of them grow and learn to enjoy their time together. This book also had a strong sense of family throughout the whole book. Watching Echo find her place in that world and become an irreplaceable piece of the speed demon family.
If you have not picked up this series you definitely should. Nova Kane will definitely pull you through the emotional ringer in almost every book but it is still worth it.
I'm going to start this off by saying I am not alright, physically yes but mentally , not a chance. Nova you destroyed my heart with this. I don’t even know how to process what that was about. How you even survived writing this is beyond me. This book had so much love poured into it, you can feel it throughout. As with everything Nova writes, it's a true masterpeice but you'll never be ready for the emotional damage that comes along with such a beautiful story. I've been done this book for 4 days and I still haven’t emotionally recovered. Book 3 of the Full Send Series gives us Echo, Draygon, Thorne and Wolfe. This is a story about found family, growth, trauma, loss in more ways then one, and bi-awakenings. When I say its heavy I mean it, your mental health is a priority and this touches on heavy subject matter. So why the 4.5 stars? It's a beautiful yet messy story. It's addictive but also emotionally damaging and yes I keep coming back for more. The banter was there tenfold, the witty comebacks had me cackling, there was vulnerability hidden throughout years of unresolved history and trauma, the tension could slice through glass, but I was left feeling like the trauma was wrapped up rather quickly and it started to feel rushed the closer we got to the end. I just feel these characters deserved more.
If you haven't started the Full Send Series yet I'm not sure what your waiting for. Run and grab your copy now.
Bend is book three in the Full Send series and follows a motorcycle racing team, The Speed Demons.
I enjoyed books 1 and 2, but book three fell a little flat for me. It felt rushed and had noticeable errors that could have been fixed with just a spell/grammar check. I did buy the ebook too and compared so make sure these were just in the ARC, as I know they aren’t usually the final book that is available.
What I liked: the acceptance of Echo into the garage, the family, and the team. That she didn’t run away from Tampa after the first encounter with Talon and Shayshen. The boys are all there for each other no matter what is happening. They all bring out the best in each other and push when needed also. The relationship Echo got with her dad and her brothers and having them know she isn’t to blame.
What I was Missing: t I felt like there was a lack of backstory of Echo, we got snippets and her just showing up to Talon and Sayshen’s home after her mom died and dropped the secret on her lap. It felt like the relationships between Echo and Thorne, Echo and Wolfe, and Echo and Draygon were slightly below surface, but they never got to know each other and was more of a convenient hookup than developing a relationship.
I was also missing what happened next: did they move in together? I guess maybe that will be mentioned in the final book?

"For those who live fast, love hard, and leave scars-welcome to the ride."
Bend is the 3rd book in the Full Send Series. I absolutely love this series.
This book was one heck of a emotional roller coaster. The amount of time I cried and yet I couldn't put this book down. Just show how amazing it was.
Nova gave us all the tears and emotional and this book has become my favourite. The family dynamics and relationships perfection!
Echo - Sassy, hilarious and definitely the perfect addition to this Group Thorn - coming into his own Wolfe - absolutely sweetie pie Draygon- the protector --------------------------- “i've wanted you for longer than I'd ever willingly admit, "

This review isn’t going to eloquent at all. But it’s real. The emotional damage, yet again, is real y’all!! Endo broke me. So did Bend, but ya know what? I have only myself to blame, because I always do this with a Nova Kane book! I read one, get emotionally invested, bawl my eyes out, need several days to recover, and then I come back asking for more EVERY. DANG. TIME!! And I’d have it no other way! I felt ALL the feels imaginable with this one. Hapiness, sympathy, empathy, anger, grief, lust, longing, & love. Bend made me feel all of that and then some. Echo deserved so much better than the cards that were dealt to her, but it led her to a family she never knew she had or needed. I was so happy that she found them, but I also related to her feeling like she had to earn the space that she took up. And the subsequent struggle of accepting the fact that you don’t ACTUALLY have to earn it. Wolfe being the one who was finally able to get her to believe it? Broke me. Thorne broke me. IYKYK and if you don’t? Do yourself a favor and read this series! When Nova apologized for taking so long to write Echo, Draygon, Wolfe, & Thorne’s story, I told her to take all the time she needed, because a Nova Kane book is ALWAYS worth the wait. She proved me right! ILY Nova, & I’m in love with Full Send!
“She tastes like cherry, beer and bad fucking decisions.”
“You’re going to fucking break me with that.” Draygon’s expression changes. His hand settles firmly at my hip, thumb pressing into my skin as he leans over me, dark eyes locked on mine. “Then I’ll put you back together after.”
I will NEVER shut up about this series and these characters. It was no surprise that this book had me locked in from the first chapter. Nova’s writing is insane. Her attention to detail, her ability to write characters that have so much depth.. if Nova is writing it, I will definitely be reading it.
Now characters.. I Loved Echo. She was the perfect addition to this series. She was messy, fierce, and hilarious. Wolfe and Thorne?! Ate them up, however Draygon?? I fell head over heels. 😍
I thought Endo was devastating?! I will never recover from the emotional damage I sustained from this book. I was sobbing! I wanted to scream and whip my kindle across the room.. but I get it, I get why it had to happen, still doesn’t make it okay. 😭😭😭
It gave found family, bi awakening, why choose, track racing, trauma and loss, bike smut.
Bend Full Send Book 3 Nova Kane ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
What the hell was that emotional wreckage I just crawled out of?
There was so much depth and heaviness to this story. Family secrets, unexpected revelations and multiple journeys unfolding throughout the book. There was so much to take in, yet somehow Nova made it all fit together. And when I say this book put me through it emotionally, I mean it. I lost count of how many times I cried. I loved seeing how Echo slowly found her footing, discovered her own strength, and figured out where she belonged. Between all the emotion, there was some great sibling banter, silly moments, familiar faces and some new ones. I loved that Echo’s relationships with Draygon, Wolfe and Thorn, they were completely unique. Each connection brought something different and I loved watching those relationships develop in their own way. There was just enough spice mixed in with all that emotion. But underneath all of it was this beautiful reminder, that family isn’t always about blood, it’s about the people who choose you, make room for you and stay. Emotional wreckage and all, I loved it.
this actually destroyed me. I love every minute of this book but it wrecked me in ways I wasn’t expecting or ready for. nova’s full send series has always been heavy but this one takes the cake. this one was a bomb waiting to explode on my heart and it did. this cracked me open and left no crumbs. it’s been a day and I’m only just writing this.. I wasn’t ready to write down the pain and the suffering this put me through. that aside it was still such an amazing story. the love. the speed. the angst. the pain. it all wrapped around itself and these characters still managed to come out the other side. I can’t think of a better way to end it than she did, I already wish I could read this for the first time again. thank you so much for this arc I can’t wait to dive into revv.
I’m continually amazed by Nova Kane’s ability to make you fall completely in love with her characters, turn around and absolutely break your heart, and then somehow bring you back to a place of healing by the end.
Bend was an emotional experience for me. The loss was completely unexpected and indescribable, and the emotions it brought out of me are ones I haven’t faced while reading a book in a very long time.
What I loved most, though, was that this story didn’t just focus on the heartbreak. It showed how love and family can help put you back together after experiencing a loss you never imagined you’d have to endure.
Nova has this incredible ability to touch on emotions and wounds you didn’t even realize were still there. Somehow, while reading Bend, she brought some of those forgotten places to the surface—and then gave them a little bit of healing too.
This book broke my heart, made me feel deeply, and ultimately reminded me that even after unimaginable loss, love can help make you whole again.
Nova, you absolutely got me with this one. 🥹🖤

Bend by Nova Kane was such an emotional and beautifully chaotic addition to the Full Send series. I already loved the Speed Demons, but watching the connection between these four characters grow made me love this found family even more.
The chemistry, banter, friendships, and tension were all so well done. I especially loved the bi-awakening and how the relationships developed individually while still creating such a strong connection between all four characters. Their dynamic felt messy, passionate, and completely addictive.
This story also had more emotional depth than I expected. Beneath the racing, spice, and chaos were some genuinely heartbreaking moments that had me feeling so much for these characters. I only wish a few parts had been given more time to develop because I wasn’t ready for their story to end.
Bend gave me speed, spice, found family, and four souls tangled together in something dangerously close to love. Nova Kane continues to make me fall harder for every member of the Speed Demons, and I cannot believe this chapter of the series is already over. 🏁💚
I'm physically unwell *see video of my crying (correction: sobbing) I sent to Nova, Emma, and Kristen at 8am this morning*
This book was EVERYTHING. It was beautiful, it was sweet, it was intense, and it was absolutely, insanely heart-wrenching.
The chemistry between the characters was so sweet, and I really enjoyed how they all gave each other space to be with their girl, while pining after her and sort of "fighting" for her all at the same time. And I really enjoyed the awakening moment between our two beautiful boys. At least until... You know...
I loved how Echo was welcomed into the group, and how she become a Demon herself, and the way that she just so seamlessly blended into the rest of the team. I mean, after that really awkward reunion in the garage... but that had me on the floor. It was so well done.
ANYWAYS. I loved it. The story was amazing, and as usual, it was a very easy 5 stars for me!
"But you made him happy in away I hadn't heard in a long time."
"For bringing them together. He loved you both so much, and you all deserve more time."
"One final ride for him, and this time, we brought everyone home."
"Stop being so, scared of taking up space, okay. "
"He was one of mine, and my riders will always mean more to me than some bike or trophy on a wall."
Thorne finally admits to Wolfe how he feels. It was so beautiful when it happened. Echo is finally accepted into the group, and no one really knows when it happened, but it did. The team gets asked to go to Ireland to do the mountains course. This course is not just any track out there. If you mess up, you're not coming home. One of the boys will not make it back to Florida from Ireland! You will need tissues for this loss. Some time passes with the team, and they try to fine balance without our boy there.
Echo has found out that she has brothers. And not just any brothers, Speed Demon brothers. And it’s perfect that she shares their love of bikes.
But when she walks into their lives, it rocks their world. Sayshen and Talon are trying their best (well, Sayshen) to make her feel welcome.
She meets Draygon at a bar, Wolf & Thorne at a sponsor party. And let’s just say, a mess ensues 🤣🤣
I love the dynamic between all of them, very all bring different vibes but also click together so well. There’s longing, acknowledgement, bi awakening and spice.
But don’t get too cozy, and you may want to grab a box of tissues. Because Bend takes you on a ride.
