I was thrown by the omega and mated since this is was not part of the series so far and not enough mentioned to think it really is part of this book. Something very clearly went wrong here. Lack of editing?

I remember those two instances. At the beginning and at the end. The first one threw me that much that I thought about DNFing it but I normally like that series as a little palate cleanser so I finished it.

Sadly I found this book lacking otherwise too. I sometimes wonder if this series should come to an end. The first few books I liked and they felt as if they had a bit substance. But lately it all feels/reads the same and is flat and very uninspired in my eyes.
I won't give it a star rating but perhaps I should quit reading this series.


Try it yourself it's entirely possible that I was just not in the right mood.

This is a delightful series; every book is a gift.
The characters are so sweet, they really complement each other.

This series really deserves to continue, and I hope many more installments will follow.

Lost and Found

This is a sweet story with a happy ending, and a window into a little known or understood kink.

Brock is a hardworking man who is being taken advantage of by his employer. When people from his team leave, he’s often just expected to pick up their work in addition to his own. This leads to exhaustion, and a lack of time to socialize – especially with his fellow Littles at Chained, the local kink club. Zeph is a Daddy through and through whose last relationship ended badly because the man he was living with didn’t accept the dynamic Zeph needed.

Brock and Zeph meet the first night Zeph decides to join friends at Chained. Brock dropped his lunchbox in the parking lot, and Zeph brings it in intending to just return it to its owner. There’s some insta-love on Brock’s part; he really likes Zeph from the very beginning. Because Zeph is new to actual age play, there’s a bit of slow burn, and a date where they have a long discussion about boundaries, limits, and so forth. Zeph is quickly infatuated, indulging Brock’s Little fascination with stars and space, as well as encouraging him to find a way to reduce his increasing workload.

I particularly liked the clarity of when Brock was ‘Little’ or ‘Big’ – he was very definite about what activities were appropriate for him when he was Big, versus when he was Little.

This was a sweet story, just what I’ve come to expect from this series, with a cute little in Brock finding his forever Daddy in Zeph. Their meeting was adorable, full of charm and warmth, and the dynamic between them fit perfectly with the tone of the series. However, the story did suffer from a noticeable lack of editing — references to 'mates' and 'omega' popped up despite this clearly not being a shifter book, which pulled me out of the moment more than once. Still, the core relationship was lovely, tender, and full of the soft emotions this series does so well. This was an MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB dynamic.

I loved this book! Brock and Zeph find each other through mutual friends and it all begins with a lost lunchbox. Brock works too hard and has very little time to spend being little and with friends. Zeph is new to being a Daddy but is sure he is one. When Brock’s office has a water main break, he gets some unexpected free time that will lead him to a night at Chained with his friend Sammy and Sammy’s Daddy Will. Zeph is a friend of Will’s and joins them at Chained on a guest pass for the night and he will find Brock’s lunchbox in the parking lot. The relationship between the two start off slowly but after the exchange of a few notes and small gifts, they find they fit together well and it is the beginning of a wonderful relationship full of love, little things and finding balance in life.

So cute...so sweet...Brock and his lunchbox...These little/daddy stories are such a enjoyable read. Two people like minded getting together over something that brings a lovely romance. Zeph was the daddy that Brock needed...nurture care and direction...someone that can ground him and show there's more to life than work work work. Brock has his besties but its always nice to have a daddy too by your side...which he found in Zeph....same with Zeph...Brock brought joy and love that he was missing from his past relationships...lovely romance...nice ending...I highly recommend if you love his serious and love little/daddy romances.

Great new book in the series

Great new book in the series. Only one comment is that a few places mate rather than boyfriend was mentioned and later Brock was referenced as "omega".

I've loved this series and can't wait for the next one. I'm going to be sad when it's complete and no new friends will be coming.

The characters were cute and lovely. Finding someone to spend time with is difficult, especially one who shares your interests.

Overworked Brock is missing out on friend and Little time.

This truly is a sweet story. Brock has his turn at finding a daddy in Zeph. The two hit it off right away and when they start dating they both find their HEA!.

I loved this story but the ending didn’t really wrap up all the loose strings, so I expect there will be some overlap in the future stories! Yay!

Why did he turn into an omega/alpha/mated? I thought this universe was just regular people. It was a great book with just a couple odd phrases.
