Peter Allen David, often abbreviated PAD, was an American writer of comic books, novels, television, films, and video games. His notable comic book work includes an award-winning 12-year run on The Incredible Hulk, as well as runs on Aquaman, Young Justice, SpyBoy, Supergirl, Fallen Angel, Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2099, Captain Marvel, and X-Factor.
His Star Trek work included comic books and novels such as the New Frontier book series. His other novels included film adaptations, media tie-ins, and original works, such as the Apropos of Nothing and Knight Life series. His television work includes series such as Babylon 5, Young Justice, Ben 10: Alien Force and Nickelodeon's Space Cases, which he co-created with Bill Mumy.

Ugh...
2 stars just because I like the art and seen some few good idea here.
Just hope storyline gets better. :/

This was my first foray into the 2099 universe.
It was interesting watching this very different team take on some generic bad guys.
You have a female Captain America who has some sort of technologically split personalities that don't know the others exist.
Black Widow is darker with a stinger, Hawkeye has wings, and Vision is some sort of mega computer interface that can search for new targets for the team.
The art was ok, but fairly bland which was a disappointment for a futuristic book. The design for the characters weren't that great either except for Captain America.
The story was interesting, though, and I am looking forward to see where they go with it.

Overall disappointed.

While I never read that many 2099 books when they came out I don't recall there being an Avengers team. Horrid copies of current heroes. This was bad IMO.
