This author was recommended by a Jamaican YouTuber, Tami Chin-Mitchell, from Meet the Mitchells. Ms. Grahame's son is a contractor and while he was renovating their house, Tami spoke about her books.

I Absolutely Love This Book.

The book was set in Kingston but also ventured out to other parishes in Jamaica, such as St. Mary, Portland and St. Ann/Trelawny. So, If you've ever lived in or is familiar with Kingston and the other parishes in Jamaica, you would surely be in for a ride.

The story is mainly about family, relationships, love, finding true love and happiness. It also shows a bit of prejudice as seen where Nadine's parents would not be in agreement with their daughter dating a rasta man, even though, he was not born and bred in upper St. Andrew.

Never a dull moment in the book. I hated that it ended.
