I can’t believe the Obsidian Souls trilogy is over 😭
The continuation of the story line was perfect and I’m so happy we got to see even more depth in each of the characters and how they handle certain challenges!! Each character development was incredible throughout the whole series but this book really sealed the deal! And the plot twist of the century had me GAGGED!!!
This book gave closure in the best way and I honestly couldn’t stop once I picked it up!
This spice in this book is packing some serious heat!! The reverse harem was honestly the best I have read!!
If you enjoyed the darkness in the EOD trilogy, and the heat of the reverse harem in the vicious lost boys series then you will devour this trilogy!!
So sad to be at the end of the Blackwoods journey, but so grateful that Jasmine gave me the opportunity to read this trilogy! Thank you for the laughter, the heartbreak, and for making me almost fall off my treadmill 🤣

OMG how is it the end already? I am so not ready for this amazing rollercoaster to be over. I fear I may have post read depression for the foreseeable. Jasmine what have you done to me? This series absolutely floored me. The spice had my thighs quaking, my mouth watering and my heart rate spiking! Why does this reverse harem just hit different? Also, a book has never had my anxiety through the roof like this one has. Fiz literally gave me a heart attack. Not cool bro. I was BEGGIN Higgins to work his magic through the screen! Real bad! But fr stop being so bloody dramatic Fiz... this is all I will say, IYKYK! My poor Alfie...he went through it in this one and my heart hurt for him. We got to see more of the other side of Alfie, the raw unfiltered side. It was an eye opener for sure. I was living for how our sour puss, Cade, became increasingly jealous and possessive. Even more so than before...how thats possible I will never know. Im so glad we got to see him embrace it in the final installment. Our fave Blackwoods showed so much character progression in restored, especially Elodie. She was a bad ass bitch and she owned that shit. My girl, keep that chin up, remember you hold ALL the power and never forget that! Im so proud of my babies and never want to let them go. Jesus im as bad as Cade, Alf and Fiz rn. But seriously, the plot twists were plot twistin and if you're looking for a series to read that will have you staring off into the void letting it all soak in for a good 3-5 business days, this series is for you. Jasmine never misses a beat with any of her books and her characters are impeccable. The pace was perfect, the plot was unmatched and the spice was so fucking hot. I don't think ill ever shut up about this series. Re-read pending already. Thank you so much Jasmine for allowing me to ARC read your amazing masterpiece and for taking me on this spectacular journey.

As the final book in the series, Restored was a bittersweet read for me. There were elements of the story that I enjoyed, and I appreciated getting to see the series come to its conclusion, but overall, I found myself wishing for a little more from the final instalment.
The plot twist genuinely took me by surprise, and I have to give credit where credit is due because I wasn’t expecting it! It was a moment that caught my attention and added an unexpected layer to the story. However, as things began to wrap up, I felt the ending moved a little too quickly. There were several developments that seemed to fall into place quite conveniently, and at times, it felt as though the story relied on a few too many easy outs to resolve everything. I would have loved to see some of these moments given more time to breathe, with a little more space for the characters and the consequences of everything that had happened.
I think my biggest issue was that, as the final book, I wanted the conclusion to feel a little more earned. There was potential for a really satisfying ending, but the pacing towards the end made it difficult for me to feel as fully invested in the resolution as I had hoped to be.
That being said, I can appreciate what the story was trying to achieve, and I did enjoy being surprised by the direction of the plot. While this wasn’t quite the ending I had hoped for, I am still glad I had the opportunity to read it and see the series through to the end.
Overall, Restored had its moments, but the rushed conclusion and convenient resolutions kept it from being a standout read for me. A solid read, just not one that completely came together for me personally.

I took my time with this, did not want it to end. The trauma, the emotions for them and me, the fight in these characters was next level, the spice, dare I say hot! …..

I’ve had Caden making me teary, Fiz making me Laugh with the therapy healing, Alfie making me question him and what he is up to and Freaking a-hole Russell don’t even get me started on him!
”I’m done being scared. It’s time for everyone else to be afraid. Maybe it’s time they feared me.”
The way I was on the edge of my chair gripping at my chest , screaming, in parts and honestly there was one moment I was legit ready to Throw my kindle…. “Insert the swearing here” I was not ok! Yes… Author was messaged 🫣

I Loved this so much.

Wow, what a journey...
This is well and truly everything I love about the dark romance genre. Morally grey/black characters all around, but also plenty of jokes once you get into it.
That said, I can't believe this trilogy is over. This was the perfect ending to what has been one of the most stressful series I've read in a while. It's not often that my wildest theories actually come true, but a few of them were proven correct! Look at me go!
On another note, these books are WILD. The character growth is on another level. Even though reverse harem isn't usually for me, I didn't mind it in this story because it was written so well. And honestly, I'm always here for a bit of feminine rage and the men who support it.
Elodie is such a badass! I almost said superstar... IYKYK!

A perfect ending for such a perfect book series!
I am obsessed with each and every character, their growth/development and their stories!
The entire series was written so beautifully i became attached to the characters within the first few chapters which if you know me is so rare for me!
I have read ALL of this authors books (except 1) and i can honestly say i can see the growth in each new book! Her writing has come a long way and it’s amazing!
As i said this book was the perfect ending to the most amazing series im so proud to be an ARC of. Elodie's investigations into the events following the fire that changed her life come to a conclusion and suddenly all the little light bulbs are on and the twisted hell she's been through suddenly makes sense. I'll miss this 4some now the trilogy is complete 🖤

I cant believe this is the last book, its been a wild ride. This book is so bloody hard to review without giving everything away but watching all the characters develop has been amazing, especially Fiz, hes been my favourite the whole way through
When this arrived I was in a Dark romance slump, I hadnt been interested in it for months and tbh was so worried I wouldn't enjoy it because of this. WELL it got me right out of that and reminded me why I love the darker books.
10/10 book yet again but so sad its over.

These brilliant and unhinged characters are just tattooed into my heart and soul , I completely fell in love with each of them throughout this trilogy. This was just an outstanding rollercoaster of emotions but worth every tear , laugh , happy tears and anger moments I would shout and make faces at none “ my pretend audience “ 🤭 . I can’t wait to order my own copy of these books to proudly sit on my shelf’s 🖤.
