i won this book from Goodreads. It has an interesting concept. This is the second book in the Evil on Earth series. It contains religious chants and prayers. We have seen the devil in ancient temple walls, in tombs of Pharohs, on Dark Ages gargoyles and in the carvings and stories if tribal peoples. He is the spirit that wants cause deadly trouble. So this is a theme that has been around a long time. The book is supernatural in theme. The archangel Belial is the green devil and he wants to wipe out mankind by destroying the earth's environment (which is a very relevant theme). The group called the Vigilant is trying to defeat the green devil and save the earth. Easy read, plot is easy to follow.
