Allison Fox is on the hunt again. Except this time the werewolf she’s been assigned to track is her brother. The search has led to the island of Devils Point and it doesn’t take her long to figure out she’s hit the mother lode—of werewolves. But when she meets Diego, her world turns upside down.
As mating season comes to a close, Diego is thrown into chaos when he’s given the task of interrogating the female hunter who would like nothing more than to kill him. His track record with women sucks and this one is no better. Especially when his wolf stands up and claims her as his mate.

My Thoughts - 5 out of 5 Unicorns - I loved it!! ***Received the ebook for an honest review
The cover is awesome and works to grab my attention :)
This is the 3rd book in this series which is also part of a large collection involving several author. It is novella length and for adults only due to the steamy content. I highly recommend reading the books in each series in order because the characters and events are so much better when you know everything and it’s in order.
This story started with action from the beginning and didn’t quit until the end. The story pulled me right in, and I couldn’t put it down. Eliza always does a fantastic job that you can picture everything and wish you were really there. Allison and Diego both have stories from their past that are holding them back. They are both protectors, and I loved their story.
I recommend this series to any of Eliza’s fans because you do not want to miss out, and to any shifter fan who hasn’t started this series you need to!! I also recommend checking out the other authors who are part of the Mating Season Collection.
THE HUNTER AND THE MATING MOON !!! Title: Wanted: Devils Point Wolves Series: Mating Season Collection Designation: Book Three, Standalone Short Novella Author: Eliza Gayle Reading Platform" Kindle Unlimited My Rating: FIVE DELIGHTFULLY ENTERTAINING STARS ***** Yowza! Wanted: Devils Point Wolves by Eliza Gayle is the third tantalizing offering in Gayle's riveting new Mating Season Collection and it totally rocks! I love it! Each release is a standalone novella featuring a separate couple and comes complete with its own happily ever after ending. The dialog is exceptionally well written in the third person with alternating his and her points of view. The characters are irresistibly sexy and will capture your heart. And the story is wild, wicked, romantic and definitely wanted! Club Diablo is a strip club owned by handsome brothers, Dante, Damien and Diego. It is located at the entrance to Devils Point, an island located in the Pacific Northwest which these "men" call home. I use the term men loosely because Dante, Damien and Diego are not completely human. Huh? Nope, they're werewolves and this is their mating season! The mating moon is calling! Brothers Dante and Damien have answered the moon's call and have now taken mates, twin sisters Faith and Rebel Harris. Faith has recently been bitten by a rogue werewolf when she came to the island to locate her sister. Fortunately she survived her transformation from human to werewolf as a result of the strong mating bond with her new mate Damien. But that still leaves the problem of the unidentified rogue werewolf. And to make matters worse, there is now a hunter on the island also looking for the rogue and apparently doesn't mind hurting anyone that gets in her way of finding him. Oh yes, I did say her because the hunter is a woman and a very beautiful one at that. Allison Fox has only known one way of life and one way of thinking and that is the way of the hunters, her family. Her brother Brody was bitten and has now become a werewolf and even worse, he just may be feral. She loves her brother and feels compelled to save him. She must find him before her family or the other wolves can kill him. But that may prove to be a quite difficult as she's just been captured by the sexy and ever so charming wolf Diego. Oh my! Diego is immediately drawn to the beautiful hunter. Surely, it's just the pull of the mating moon. She couldn't be his true mate! Could she? Diego isn't interested in ever taking a mate - again. Again?!? Oh yes, his heart and his pride have already been broken by a woman. She was not his true mate but they had agreed to be together, that is until she shot him. What? Oh yes! So what's a wolf to do when the mating moon is strong and the beautiful hunter turns out to be his true fated mate??? Why claim her, of course! He just has convince her first! Or does he? I'll never tell! Oh my! Sparks fly! Attraction builds! Passion ignites! Buckle up my lovelies! It's another wild ride! Deliciously cute, seriously sexy and delightfully entertaining!!! Fabulous entertainment and an awesome read!
I was given an ARC of Wanted from the author, in exchange for an honest review.
Oh my goodness, it's been a long while since I've read book 2, but it was like I was back inside the lives of the pack at Devils Point all over again. I was sucked in big time & boy what a read Wanted was.
Alison is on the hunt for her brother, a hunter turned werewolf, she's located him at Devils Point, but what she doesn't count on is meeting Diego... Diego has the lovely job of questioning the hunter who just shot at his brother, but his wolf has other ideas...
WOW who would have thought the wolf who bit Faith at the very start of the series is connected here?? I loved finding out what happened after the shooting at the pack house. Another action packed read here, I only wish it could have been longer.
Wanted is book 3 in Eliza's "Devils Point Wolves" series, which in turn is a part of the "Mating Season" pack series. A set of books from 6 authors, 6 different packs & an individuals story on finding their mate. I can't wait to read the last novella from Eliza's "Devils Point Wolves" & to delve into the other authors work in the "Mating Season" series.

This review is from: Wanted: Devils Point Wolves #3 (Mating Season Collection) (Kindle Edition)
This 3rd book in Eliza's Devil's Point Wolves series is just as thrilling as the prior ones. I read them all one after the other with eager interest. These are part of the Mating Season collection written by multiple authors. WANTED is the story of Diego and Allison, a very unlikely pair because Allison is a hunter who comes to Devil's Point to kill wolf shifters, not mate one. But Diego and the mating moon have other plans for her. The characters are strong and their story draws you in for a delightful ending. I'm really looking forward to Eliza's next series in this collection in the not too distant future. 5 star - worthy writing for sure!
Having read the first two novellas in this series, I have to say I was a little disappointed by this one. For me it was just too short, there was just an instant attraction and boom the story was over. Not to say that there weren't two hot scenes but I would have liked a little more story.
I have finished the Mating seasons and I just want more and more. Please just try one and you will be hooked too. I loved every story and can't wait for more from all of these authors. Bring it on ladies I love your stuff. What I wouldn't give for my own shifter!
I loved this book. I only got it a couple of hours ago and I'm done. It was great .I can't wait for the fall. Thanks for hours of great reading. I look forward to many more from all of you.
I'm having a hard time with the female characters of these shifter books of the Devils Point Wolves. Allison Fox reminds me a little of a brain-washed NRA gun-cultist. Yup. Her logical thinking and reasoning skills leave a lot to be desired.
A hunter? Or his mate?....Seduction? Or chemistry?
The moment Allison is captured she realises everything she has been taught, everything she believed, is a lie. I like that Allison is smart enough to realise that there is a flaw in what she was taught and she is willing to learn from her own experiences and change her views. Diego is trying desperately to get through mating season with his sanity in tact, until he meets Allison. Then he needs to get through mating season without claiming her! But mother nature has not finished messing with them...she has one more surprise in store! And what a twist! Again I really enjoyed this book, but it continues from book two and into book four, so it is not a stand alone, you need to read the whole series in order.
An intense, yet sexy read that has you turning the pages. The characters are relatable if you happen to be caught in a mating frenzy. They are likable and I couldn't help but root for them.
My only con for this book was the narrator. Angel did great with the female voices, emotions, and inflections, but the male voices came out even more feminine than the females. This had a habit of bringing me out of the story. However, It didn't bother me enough to keep me from listening.
I am intrigued to see where this series is going. Whilst this was a much better read than the two previous books, the ending was just so quick and simplified. Making the mating season the reason a female hunter mates with a wolf within a 12 hour period was a bit unbelievable for me. This series of books just needs a bit more background, information and character information to make it really great.
Some of the plot holes and logic fails really took me out of the story. If mating season is caused by the full moon, why does it happen once a year for two weeks rather than every month for up to three days? Also, how is it that they caught the rogue back in book 1 and now they're catching him again, as if they never had previously, in book 3? Argh. I love this writer. I suspect the shared world by multiple writers is to blame. I recommend reading her other stuff.
Great book. Read it straight through. Ready to read book four Feral but need to tend Monday house work first it will have to wait until tonight. Clean fast!!!!
I loved that the entire novel was really a letter, in a way. There’s a mystery at the center so I can’t say too much more. But this YA book was short and sweet. I really liked it.
I read book one (Wild) last year through Kindle Unlimited and didn't care for it. I received the 3 book bundle free through Instafreebie (newsletter signup) so I decided to read the next two books (Wicked and Wanted). I wanted get some closure and to see if I wanted to read more of the author. I liked the last two stories better than the first so I purchased the bundle when it was on sale.
The book needs some minor editing. The book ends with a slight cliffhanger of the overall story arc. The couple do get their HEA so I'm good with it.
I liked both Diego and Allison as the main characters. I enjoyed the overall story and would say it's my favorite of the first three books. The main characters seemed more balanced in this story.
While I'm not sure if I will continue with the series, I'm willing to try other books by the author.
How is the author's writing? Okay, improves after the first book Is there violence? I don't remember. If it was there, it's wasn't gory or in your face. Is there sexual content? Yes How is the story narrated? Third person How would you describe the plot of this book? Predictable How would you describe the characters? I felt they started out thin, but were fleshed out more in the second and third books.
This third book in the mating season series was every good as the previous two and did not disappoint; it is well-written and has an interesting and engaging story. Allison is trying to find her brother, but the plan she devises ends up with her being captured by Diego. She is bewildered. Werewolves were supposed to be disgusting, bloodthirsty and a danger to human society, so why was she having weird and unexplained feelings towards Diego. Diego just wants a simple life; he didn’t want to share, having already been betrayed by one mate, but Allison’s scent and his reactions to her are more than he bargained for, plus she is strong, beautiful and feisty. Owing to their close proximity to each other, and the fact they are fated mates, the mating frenzy is triggered. Allison’s life has taken her down dark and twisted turns, but now she has the mate of her dreams. The author has produced an exceptional storyline, which I would have no hesitation in recommending. I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
I have so fallen for the short sexy stories, Eliza delivers another smexy shifter story in book 3 of the Mating Season Collection. The addition of this book just continues to show what an amazing sweet series this is.
You go through life being taught prejudices, you're taught to believe one thing and you live your life accordingly. Up until you're faced with life changing events.
You're a brother but not just a brother but part of a pack that you as well as the others will lay down their life to protect. A situation happens where you're heart and mind will no doubt bump heads.
A hunter is on the island, a Rogue wolf on the Island, the Island the packs home. New mates, new love a urge that not only has to do with the mating moon.
3) Diego and Allison. Allison, a hunter, is looking for her brother, and Diego is looking for the "rogue" with his pack. When they meet, it's instant for Diego, she's the one. Allison is confused because she's been raised to hunt the wolves, and everything she's been told is wrong. She has lots to learn. We already like the other people from before, and it's fun to revisit them. Eliza Gayle's characters are thought-filled and have deep feelings. It's an interesting story line, and of course the sex is sizzling. Her brother is found, the pack tries to help him gain control of his wolf, and Diego takes the time to explain things to Allison, and their attraction grows. Some violence, great sex, and everything that makes a story worthwhile. Maybe Eliza Gayle will continue this series later, so we can hear more from this wonderful cast of characters. Highly recommend. ENJOY !!!
I enjoy a good hot and steamy shifter tale and this was a great hot, steamy shifter novella. I love reading about how characters evolve and change becoming more than they ever thought possible. These shifters can fight all they want but the internal pull is always more than can handle. While I liked the characters and the passion, the novella was too short. I adored Allison and her fierceness but I built her up more than the story. In my mind I could see how strong and amazing she is but I think the length of the story didn't give her enough time to develop. Other than the length I don't have any complaints or dislikes about this novella. Totally worth the time to read all 3 installments of these amazing shifters.
5.0 out of 5 stars Holy hotness, love Diego!, August 7, 2015 By Rose "Rose Z"
This review is from: Wanted: Devils Point Wolves #3 (Mating Season Collection) (Kindle Edition) I was given an ARC of Wanted from the author, in exchange for an honest review. Wanted is book two in The Devils Point Wolves series and part of the Mating Season Collection. After reading book two I was wondering about how Diego would find his mate, this is Diego and Allison's story! Allison Fox is a feisty hunter, strong and sassy woman just what Diego may need. The author did a great job, short but a very well written story line. I'm so hooked with this stories.
Diego and Allison appear to be oil and water when we first meet them but in reality, we find two incredibly strong willed and stubborn individuals that would do anything to protect their family. Yes, a match made in heaven or a true mate driven by mother nature. The chemistry is off the charts as Allison has to learn to trust Diego to save her brother. Can she defy everything she's been taught about shifters and embrace a future with Diego? Will Diego be willing to believe in a true mate? I was totally sucked into Diego and Allison's drama. These were wonderful characters to spend an afternoon escape with.
I was given this book for an honest review. I liked the first two in this series from her and have to say the same about the third. There was a little violence in this story but not graphic. The sexual tension between these two in the beginning was hot! Allison and Diego had some problems to over come and are definitely working there way there. I know these are shorter stories but I would love to see how the brothers make out in the long haul. A nice family Christmas. I can't wait until Brody, Creed, and Sawyer get a story.
The third book in Eliza Gayle’s Mating series is Wanted. This is another quick, good read. I did feel the characters had more depth with this short story as compared to the others and that added to instant connection between Diego and Allison. This series needs to be read in order. Each story ends with a HEA but the overall story continues. This frustrated me a little because I want to know what happens next but I will patiently wait for the next story in this series.
Wanted #3 of Devils Point Wolves Allison is sent to capture her brother who has been bitten and turned into a wolve. Diego and his pack go after Allison when she shoots his brother. Once captured it is his job to get answers from her. But, mother nature has other plans and they are fated mates. I really wish there was more to this story. I enjoyed reading about Diego and Allison it was just to short.
