I always wanted to write an interesting journal. When I saw this short book on the Kindle Unlimited, I borrowed and thought it would give me some ideas. I picked it up because of the secondary title.
Unfortunately, it isn't the book I was looking for I'd opt to delve into a more comprehensive discussion of journaling.
For me, it is a 2.5-stars book.

This was a free ebook download via Amazon.

Aside from the several distracting grammatical errors, this book is basically common sense, at least to me. However, the information in this book could serve as a primer for people considering keeping a journal. An extremely basic and brief primer into the world of journaling.

Personally, I'd opt to delve into a more comprehensive discussion of journaling.

Mostly everything I read I already do with my journal. It did give me a few ideas that I am going to use.
