Dark and mature themes are all over this book!
Hayden is trapped in a deadly organization that forces him to kill, slowly losing himself to its dark underworld.

First and foremost, I have to talk about how good this book is and the chokehold it had me in the entire time. Also, I am HONORED to share a birthday with this book! December 15th, this book drops live AND I’ll be turning a year younger so add this book to your ever long TBR 😂
Okay, okay, right away I have to praise one thing off the bat. THANK YOU for having 97 chapters but making them so short. I was constantly thinking, “Ah, what the hell, I’ll finish this tonight,” and damn, am I happy I did, but I’m also sad I did because it’s over. 😣
Seriously, Hayden came off so mysterious and macho, and he quickly became someone I couldn’t trust. I was questioning EVERYTHING he said and did. And Callie? SO strong. She held her head up high despite EVERYTHING she encountered, and my heart hurt for her throughout this entire book. She’s truly the hero of this story for me.
And that ending??? I can’t accept it. I NEED MORE. Immediately.

Oh my gosh this was dark, so dark, it also hooks you so you generally cant put it down! I loved it so much!!

I got this ebook copy from the author and Booksirens and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Dangerous Games grabbed me by the throat early and did not loosen up much after that. This is one dark, twisted, brutal ride packed with danger, survival, obsession, violence, and some seriously messed up people.
Hayden and Callie kept me invested because neither one walks away from this nightmare untouched. The tension stays heavy, the danger feels real, and just when you think they might finally catch a break, something else comes crashing through the door.
This book gets graphic and downright disturbing at times, so check those trigger warnings. But if you like dark romance mixed with survival, suspense, twisted secrets, and characters fighting their way through hell, this one delivers.
I give it a 5 outta 5 catfish!

This book has lots of TWs so please be sure to read these first but now that we're past that....this book was so good. It was gripping, frustrating, sad, emotional, devastating but happy all at the same time. It was a roller coaster but in the best way possible.
Hayden and Callie, they were so well written and their growth with their relationship was done well, I honestly appreciated that it grew with the story and wasn't insta love or forced down your throat.
If you like the capture/captive, harder to read but has a happy ending, this book is definitely for you
