Temporal Sentinel
Pedro Garra thought he knew where his life was headed.
After twenty-five years with the Texas Department of Public Safety, he has built a life defined by duty, routine, and the woman he loves.
Then his oldest friend, legendary Texas Ranger Frank Brownbear, makes him an offer he never expected.
A classified government program.
A facility hidden behind layers of security.
And a mission unlike anything Pedro has encountered in his career.
What begins as a question of trust soon becomes something far greater, forcing Pedro to confront the boundaries between science, history, and the choices that define a life.
Because some moments are more fragile than they appear.
And once history fractures, nothing is guaranteed to return unchanged.
Temporal The Project Begins is the first installment in the Temporal Sentinel series, a science-fiction thriller about loyalty, consequence, and the choices that can alter everything.

Ready for the next one
There are lots of time travel books out there. There's lots of books about cops out there. There's not too many books about cops doing time travel. I've read a lot of sci-fi over the years and this one has me genuinely intrigued. For an author's first book, this one's pretty good. I look forward to reading more from Peter Richards.
