PERFECTION.😩😍 This series will forever be one of my favorites…the storyline, the HURT, the love, the betrayal, the determination, the romance, UGH every single part of this story and series is amazing and I think EVERY SINGLE PERSON who enjoys dark romance NEEDS to read this book ASAP!❤️

No matter how traumatic a Devyn Rivers book is... I am reading it, and I am SO GLAD I did. This was my absolute number one anticipated read for the year and once I picked it up, I couldn't stop. Unfortunately, I had to work and study in between, but if I didn't I would have read this in a day. The way Devyn writes her books is so incredibly descriptive that you feel as though you went through the trauma with the character. Ever since Darling Wildfire and Emersyn said " Hi, Dad." I knew that her story was going to be one for the books. She has been through anything and everything you can imagine and only having a few people who actually cared for her and wanted her to be safe, it was hard for her to be trusting. So, when G and Seven found her she was hesitant on allowing them to help. Once she did, boy oh boy, the tension was everything. They all finally got the HEA that they deserved and the revenge was **chef's kiss**. I would have liked to see more of Emersyn, Gabriel, and Seven's romance, but that was not the main focus of Emersyn's story, and I GET IT. However, a girl can dream. If you haven't read a Devyn Rivers book, you need to! Right now! Now, all we have to do is wait a year or two for book 4 of the Red Rabbit series. Can't wait to find out what is going on with Arkady, Knight, and Cal!

5🌟 I loved hearing about Em’s story and seeing her finally get the happy ending she deserved. I can’t even fathom the trauma that she’s endured - but seeing the strength of this woman, and seeing how she just completely destroyed anything and everything in her path made me absolutely feral for her. She has me down BAD. I already miss her stories with her Russian spy. ❤️🩹 and the WOLF DOG! He was one of my favorite parts. Seeing Kraven pop up again made me so giddy. Seven + the sweatshirts + the 3 Musketeers🥹 and don’t even get me started on G. I need more.

4.5⭐️ Another brilliant instalment in the Red Rabbit series. This was one of my most anticipated releases of the year and I am not disappointed at all. Just like the previous books, it is a very very dark read so check your TWs if needed. This story is told through past and present chapters and links back to the previous books so you definitely need to read them first.
After the end of book two I needed answers and I needed the reunion IYKUK 😩🥹🥰. I wanted peace for all the characters but knew that meant going back and getting to the bottom of Emersyn's horrific story and ohhh gosh it really is traumatic and then some. If you don't have triggers this series is really one to go into not knowing too much to get the full impact. It is dark, it is action heavy, and it will upset you, but you will also smile when revenge gets served. I loved how characters from the previous books really stepped up to help exact that revenge. The found family vibes are strong and the more Theron North for me the better ❤️
The romance side though, as Devyn Rivers states in the authors note at the start, is very much secondary to the main story of survival, but what we do get is pretty sweet and hot and I really enjoyed the more gentle moments between the three MCs. Emersyn's HEA is so well deserved with her finally finding a sense of peace, reconnection and a home which includes her two fellas 😮💨🫠👌🏻. In the authors note at the end Devyn says there is a Christmas novella coming with more of the three of them which I am really pleased about as their relationship possibly could have been developed a little more 🤷🏻♀️ but I also understood it was absolutely not the main focus so yep I will defo be picking that up.
Im also feral for the final book,potentially Arkady, Knight and Cal story 🤷🏻♀️ I really can't wait to see how this series is going to be concluded. Bring on the drama. That's it ❤️🙌🏻

Devyn Rivers shoots and never misses! I love the way she just takes us back in each book to understand the complexities and the traumas of each character in a way that links the whole story together so beautifully.
Poor Emersyn has just had no luck and when things look like they're taking a turn *BANG* more shit hits the fan! Emersyn is such a strong and determined character from the get go and she'd need to be to cope with everything she's gone through, I enjoyed how the timeline was done to connect timelines with specific moments and events, it helped with keep track.
The pacing was perfect, there was always something happening it was full of action and intensity that just kept you hooked.
The darker scenes were written so well, how you even begin to be able to write scenes like that I'll never know.
I enjoyed that the romance wasn't the forefront of the story, it was there but the focus on Emersyn's character developments and the events to get her to the end of the book just made the romance aspect so much more meaningful.

What a journey. Our girl Emersyn went through something fierce in this book, and Devyn handled it with such fragility and care. I was so impressed. I don’t know how she can write trauma the way she does and somehow make it so I still can’t put the book down. I think one of my favorite parts was the years she spent with Sasha. And while some of those moments were the stuff nightmares are made of, those five years definitely helped her survive the years to come and shaped the woman she would become. I could have read a whole book on this part alone.
I felt like Devyn gave us the most important parts of Emersyn’s story, or at least the ones that made the most sense to me in understanding her journey. There would be SO much to cover if she went through the entire time Emersyn was away from North.
Then we get the island and the two men who helped shine a light on the badass she was. The fighter. The survivor. The woman who would not back down. I felt like Seven and G were the best blend of men she needed. The grumpy one, the sunshine one… and that’s exactly why she needed them both. They helped her heal different parts of herself and smooth some of those rough edges. Now, Seven, that man would make me BLUSH, but G would also light you on fire. What a lucky gal!
I can’t NOT mention how my knees went weak when Theron entered the chat. He is still one of my favorite MMCs ever, and seeing him try to be a father to a young woman was something else. And then, of course, MY FAVORITES, Nyx and Atlas. Devyn knows I could also read 500+ pages of those two alone (and I hope one day we get it lol). BUT I am SO amped for book 4 and the story she is going to tell. The tension we got from these characters was palpable… and delicious. It already feels like it’s going to be a wild ride.

Where to start with this one 🤔It was an immersive read that you don’t want to put down.
This is Emersyn’s story, past and present. It gives us what happened to her before it leads into her at 13 years old and finding herself in a cabin with Sacha, who sees his own daughter within her however, he decides that Emersyn is going to be able to defend herself and takes it upon himself to train her to a military standard for reasons…What follows is how her life pans out from here and her need for revenge strong.
I don’t want to give too much away, as it’s a story that’s fraught with dire, tense moments, r@pe and torture scenes, bl00d & gore, violence & vengeance this is to name but a few. Emersyn is as strong as she can be throughout her ordeals and that of people supposedly close to her.
I took a minute or two after reading to get my head in play, that’s how this book got me 🤣 Devyn brought so much into it and I know she could have gone into much more detail but with some parts our imagination takes hold anyway. I loved Sacha and of course Fang, his whole attitude with not letting her give up was great. Of course, we get Griffin (Deathwing) and Seven come into the storyline too, there’s too much I want to say but it would spoil the whole narrative for you.

If it hadn’t turned into a mushy fluffy mess, I would’ve loved this more. I waited and waited for their insta love to be kind of explained, based on anything and it never happened, they just…liked her…got obsessed with her. And why? No idea. Cuz she was hot? Come on…seriously?
Also Gabriel and Seven was what North and Graham should’ve been 🤷♀️ so based on that fact, please give Graham his own person, because my baby is completely cast aside.

My favourite book this year. I discovered this series late and I'm so glad I didn't have to wait very long between Darling Wildfire and Deadfall. Emersyn's story is gut-wrenching yet so empowering at the same time. From being a child ripped from her family to surviving years of abuse and trauma in the hands of sadistic bastards to finally exacting her revenge and reuniting with her father and even finding love. Emeryson's story was perfect; an emotional roller-coaster from start to finish. I'm praying this isn't the end of the series! Let there be more!!

I love the red Rabbit series. And Emersyn’s story was so so good and worth the wait. The stuff she went through hurt my heart and it mourned the little girl that had to grow up too fast. I love the character development throughout the book and ugh just when I think I can’t love Seven & Gab anymore they prove me wrong. And who doesn’t love a good why choose.
I love how so many past characters made an appearance and Daddy Kraven……that man is so delish.
Hands down Devyn did such a good job for this 3rd book and I love how much of a badass Em ended up being. This book was so good that I devoured it less than a day. I can’t wait for more of what’s to come with Devyn. I absolutely love her writing. That’s all I’m saying about this book because honestly, just dive in but read your trigger warnings

4 stars. Devyn's done it again! Her unique blend realistic darkness of survival and love! Emersyn honestly may be my fav heroine I'd read this year, she is gritty, strong, and also conditioned and fearful of love. The shit she goes through is something else, this book may not be darker than the first two books but def heavier in a way as we see Em survive on her own for most of 16 years.
It was kinda hard to watch her having to learn lesson after lesson at such a young age but thanks to herself and a few kind souls along the way, she never stopped fighting. This is the story of someone braving through a storm and coming out on the other side more powerful and finding their own silver lining. And the name Deadfall suits this book so freaking well it made me emotional just reading the epigraph:
"Branches cross, tangle—
A graveyard of bones.
Death lingers while rebirth grows roots—
A rebellious resurrection of the wild that refuses surrender, and where the forest remembers
how to rise —from the deadfall."
Without spoiling stuff in case someone reads this before reading the first two books of the series, the found family and also real family moments were a balm to the soul. I'm just so happy with how the book ended!
The romance. Even though it wasn't really the primary focus of the story, I still enjoyed it! I love me some poly, and to find out it was MMF? Gosh it was the cherry on top. Griff and Seven is just so grumpy and sunshine it's so great. I would have loved more of their scenes and more group activities at the end lol. Seven is just so fun and flirty we love him. Griff is the grumpy military men we always know to expect ahha.
Also throwing shade at HA, this is how vigilantes fighting against trafficking rings should act! Not that toxic double standards shit Zade has. And this book is way darker too, but the throuple remains sweet and healthy. I also loved all the military men to badass women ratio and all the tactical shit. I swear the author is either huge fan or has background in military, it's written so well!
I can't wait to come back to this world and read more throuples bc apparently triangles of love is what we're going to have throughout the series haha.

6⭐️ read. I was worried about how bad this book was going to hurt but I cried from happy and healing tears then I did sad. Em is my absolute favorite type of FMC, she's fierce, strong and just out to murder some people who abused her. I can't wait to see what this universe evolves to and can't wait for the Christmas novella. This series is becoming a top tier one for me.

I went into this book unsure whether I wanted these characters story, honestly. I finished the book loving the characters.
Emersyn is a badass. A badass who doesn't have a ton of life experience throughout this book, in some aspects and I appreciate that is was written well (she made me want to shake her sometimes). Emersyn's story was heartbreaking but also satisfying.
Sacha. I loved that man so much and want a different story for him! I need more!
Seven - oh my god. I adore this man and his mouth and his smirks and his jokes. All day every day, I need more of him.

A satisfying end of this series. I really hope we get to see a bit more of thier lives as I've come to love thier little (Um large) family.

I’m not sure if I finished deadfall or if deadfall finished me and a wonderfully dark wrapped up why choose sandwich.
Seven and fang are the all time greats of this book but what I love about Devyn’s writing is it is always full circle even if the circle takes three books and a novella to complete. Everything links so incredibly well and is so intricately thought out and progressed through.
There were times this book had me crying for the mental imagery it provided for the lives lost and the trauma that was on page and implied, there was times I laughed at the sassy responses of characters and how much Emersyn reminded me of her father and that there are characters that always bright the light even during the darkest of times. There was also the toe curling amazing times between the three musketeers that were some of the best spice scenes I have read for a long time. But the most stand out feeling? The one of rooting for emersyn, begging her to never give up, to get her revenge and I cried with happiness and got all giddy at the times she did.
There were plot twists in this I never saw coming and as usual Devyn Rivers has done it again. Written a side of the world that people would rather ignore is actually out there and turned into a breathtaking, heart wrenching story that you cannot put down. That really makes you think and that shows you that even through the worst possible traumas of these women that there is always a way through it and it is normally through accepting help from the people you never expected to be the ones to save you.
I am absolutely gutted that this is the last red rabbit novel but I am praying to the universe that these characters one day get brought back for another instalment.

I absolutely loved this book. i HIGHLY recommend this entire series. But there was something truly special about Emersyn’s story. I loved her so much. she would stop at nothing to get her revenge to those who hurt her and she was done living in a cage. i loved that she learned and trained and that made her so much stronger. SEVEN was everything and he was the comic relief we didn’t know we needed sometimes. I loved the way him and Griffin were completely different but yet the same. Griffin growling never got old. LOLOLOL
Emersyn, Griffin and Seven are everything and more. Also Griffins sister at the end… excuse me i have questions 👀

In this interconnected standalone, we follow the story of Emersyn, North's daughter. Everyone thought she was a victim, but that's not exactly what they find. Then there's Gabriel and Seven, our two MMCs, both with their baggage, the former having lost his sister to trafficking. It all culminates on the island where she's being held.
I'm learning that while I normally despise books with heavy flashbacks and will usually deduct at least half a star for how slow it makes a story... I guess there's an exception to everything.
Emersyn's story was... spectacular. I found myself disappointed when we were back in the present. What she had to go through and her years with Sasha? Damn you, Devyn, for making me love that old grumpy man.
While there is romance and these two men are remarkable, I wanted more of her. More of her incredible resilience and inner strength. I wanted more of her story. I didn't get enough.
One quote that struck me deep was this moment where Emersyn is scared to be happy and one of her men tells her: "You're allowed to have this moment, right here, right now. Let the future be what it needs to be. Don't give it the power to steal from the present." That was truly powerful.
And of course, I couldn't finish the review without mentioning Fang, our beautiful fur baby. Thanks for making sure nothing happens to him, Devyn.
While this is interconnected, I highly recommended reading the first two books if you don't wanna be lost. And check your triggers.

There’s so much more I could say, but over 500 pages are hard to fit into one review.
I, like everybody else, had high expectations going into this, especially because she’s Theron North’s daughter. No pressure there, Devyn Rivers, lol. But Emersyn has her own identity and exceeded every one of my expectations. She has gained a spot at the top of my favorite main character list, right alongside her father.
She’s strong, vulnerable, a survivor, and a sexy badass. Underneath all of that, though, she’s still just a girl who went through hell trying to find her way home.
Emersyn is absolutely her father’s daughter. She has his tactical, vengeance, and strength, but it feels natural and not like Theron North written all over again. This is her story, not his, and it felt like it.
One of the biggest reasons I love Devyn Rivers is her world-building and character development. I don’t know how she does it, but she just keeps getting better. Every word mattered. There was no filler. I felt every emotion and could envision every scene, the good and the bad. I didn’t want it to end.
Except the maze. I was glad when that ended, lol. I wasn’t a fan before, and I’m definitely not now.
Then there’s Sacha, Theron, Griffin, and Seven. Damn, this woman surrounds herself with some seriously hot men. Some are family, some are protectors, and some are…let’s just say not family yet lol. But all of them are 🥵 !
I will always look at a mini Three Musketeers with a smile on my face now. 🐺🌲
Every part of this was worth the wait. I can’t wait to see what comes next in the Red Rabbit Series, and i hope Emersyn makes a cameo, it can’t be the end of her!

I started Red Rabbit last week and absolutely DEVOURED it in one sitting. Naturally, I followed it straight up with Darling Wildfire and then To The Last Star; both devoured over the next two nights 😍
Then, by the absolute luck of the universe, I realised BOOK 3 was released last week 🥳 So obviously, I had no choice but to get my greedy little hands on it 😍
Well my pretty arrived yesterday afternoon and I’ve slayed this beast in under 24 hours ✨🔥 no spoilers from me but a brief little lookie - this book is beefy over 500 pages but the multiple POVs and pace keeps you engaged and invested. We’re going into Emersyn story for this ride 🥹

I started the Red Rabbit journey last week, and I kind of pulled an all-nighter to read the first part because I simply couldn’t stop. Kraven is my new number-one favorite.
Of course, I had to continue with Darling Wildfire, and it almost killed me. Kraven’s story was extremely hard for me to read, knowing how helpless he was and everything he had to go through. And, of course, after that ending, I HAD to pick up Deadfall immediately.
And although I thought I loved Kraven and Nyx so much, Seven and Gabriel… I can’t even pick. I just love them sooo, sooo much.
And don’t even get me started on Emersyn. She is so fucking badass, so strong, so amazing. She is hope and the light after the darkest night.
I have a very strong feeling this is going to be a reread series for me. I’m still craving the feeling I had while reading, and I already want to spend more time with my new favorite characters soon.
Thank you, Devyn. You took me through hell, but it was the most amazing journey. Please, more!!!

Easy five stars from me!
Emersyn’s story was not what I was expecting at all. I loved the turn her life took at 13, finally giving her some semblance of guidance and protection in such a brutal world.
Riggs… I have no words. On the other end of that, I also have no words for G and Seven. I loved them so much, especially because of what they became for Emersyn.
As always, definitely check the trigger warnings. This is a heavy story, and there are moments Devyn could have gone into much more graphic detail with, but she explains why she chose not to. I respected that decision so much. It never felt like the harder parts were being minimized, it felt intentional, careful, and respectful of the weight of what Emersyn had endured.
There was such a delicate balance between the darkness of her past and the growth of the characters, and I loved watching Emersyn slowly become more than what had happened to her!
And Fang… melt my little heart. 🥹

4.5⭐️ I devoured like 60% of this book in one day, I did very little else as I was obsessed with Emersyns story and how it was unfolding.
What a badass she is!! I mean she’s been through so much trauma but she’s a carbon copy of her father. Her attitude, anger, determination and general fuck you attitude was superb.
I’m so glad she didn’t spend those entire 16yrs locked up as that’s what I was worried about. She was as well trained as Norths teams!
I loved her character.
The only ick for me is how Griffin and Seven talked about her when she was still locked up. Like they wanted her even then, it just felt too soon.
Not as spicy as the other books but that was to be expected.
All aspects re trafficking were well written as always and sensitive subjects were covered respectfully.

This was a solid, four star and a beast of a book. This absolutely has to be Wright as a trilogy. They are not standalone in any way shape or form.
We dove in heavily to the story of Emersyn North and just how horrific the underworld worked that the circles were operating around each other and continue to miss each other.
My heart shattered for Sacha and he will stick in my heart for a while, I will also mention every time I was asking questions like where’s the dog he was brought up and questions were answered this truly does wrap up the trilogy and answers a lot of missing questions

It wasnt my cup of tea. It wasnt my first book about trafficking but this one was just missing something. But if you liked the first 2 books of these series you def will like this one but it was average at best for me. I couldn't feel any chemistry between MCs, they didnt have enough time to develop feelings, especially was weird when male characters "fell in love" with a picture? Wtf?! The female character was profoundly trained but always let shit happened to her, then what was the point of all this training?? I am a bad ass killer but ok just r*pe me when you feel like it..

Beautiful devastation
I’m not sure exactly what witch powers Devyn has but I swear her books are filled with something to make you not be able to stop. I finished this massive book in about 24 hours, I laughed, cried, had so much anger at times and even some smiles. This is a beautifully dark story with small bits of romance mixed in but truly Ems journey to healing and revenge is like nothing I’ve ever read before. I highly recommend this series to anyone who enjoys dark romance but be prepared for some trauma
