A short, readable book about how to focus on mastering your mindset to improve your athletic performance. It reads like a series of articles - in fact, I think it say it is just that - and as such it keeps you engaged. No long winded chapters mean that you get through this helpful little book quite quickly.
As I am an avid follower of all the WODs the Invictus website provides I took it upon myself to read this book and I must tell you it is a pure delight. For all those out there who love the Sport of Crossfit, you HAVE to read this book! I loved every page of it. Collection of short articles that explains a lot about goal-setting the Invictus way. This is first and foremost a book for athletes, but has carryover to your personal life as well. Good reminder about values and basis for reflection.
