Absolutely loved this story! A single mom, trying hard to survive making it as a waitress, and no help. There are obstacles that will make things worse for her, unknowingly of the danger lurking, ahead. Things keep happening, and she is trying to protect herself and her daughter from evil/ harm that happens. A man presents
himself to help her, and they have a connection, just not sure what extent that is. This is a great story about a young woman who find herself in need of a savior.

But just as things seem to progress, things change in an instant. Maddie knows nobody ever chooses her. Protecting her daughter is her main priority, and she feels like she's failing at that. Can she really trust Pierce. There's just something that doesn't seem right. But then she's not really being totally honest. What will happen when her past comes knocking. Will Pierce always be there to save her. Or will he lose everything. Ajme really does know how to build a story that just keeps you reading. Layla is a struggling single mother who works at a diner. Little did she know she's caught the eye of Pierce who's a don of the Irish mafia. All she knows is he's in real estate and comes into the diner 3x a week with his friend Moses and they're always very nice. When she runs into trouble he steps in and handles it.
The book is so well written and so full of emotions with intriguing characters that will keep you engaged, captivated and holding your breath waiting for the next OMG moment. This book takes you on a journey that's heartbreaking, gutwrenching, nail biting, heart pounding, suspenseful, dangerous, brutal and yes loving. There are twist, turns, murder, power grabs, kidnapping, secrets, lies, chaos and even some steamy sex thrown in.

Buckle up because this one will grab you from the beginning and hold you tight as you anticipate what could come next.

Wow! There isn't enough stars ✨️ !

I really enjoyed this story except for certain things but I will get to that in a min.Pierce Murphy was like a true prince to Laya who really had a hard life from her early life and didn't actually improve until she met Pierce. Laya deserve any happiness she could get ,the only shining star in her life was Maddie.This story was Precious,beautiful, tear-jecking,sad but violent! I felt bad for her friend Amy but she knew the life she lived but also she was greedy. I really thought Moses was a goner,he is so close to Pierce, that I wasn't sure what he would of done if his right hand man wasn't by his side with his brother Adrian. Now to my complaint, I know about the disclaimer about the violence and etc,but I don't know why a woman opens the door and she gets punched or asked a question and gets punched,I think women in this story were smarter then the men who was doing the punching except for one women in the story maybe, I probably would of dock it by one 🌟 but the it was beautifully written and like I said a tear-jecker.

When two men come to dinner weekly, as they do, she doesn't realize her life is about to change. When Pierce sees Layla for the first time, something in him clicks, and his protectiveness comes out when he finds out she has a child; all bets are off. But Layla doesn't know who he really is, and when she finds out, can she forgive him? Layla is trying to keep her head on straight, and she's been trying to hide and protect her daughter from the Bravta for years. What she doesn't realize is how far Pierce will go to destroy those trying to hurt them. The problem is, you might not be able to save yourself. I love how he lets her be herself but makes sure she is safe. And let's not get started on the bedroom being *fans self*; it's HOT. Find out who will come out on top.

This book is part of the Mafia Lords of Sin series, as a standalone novel. I have enjoyed all the books I've read that are part of this series & this one didn't disappoint!!

I like the characters - Layla is a single Mom working at a diner and Pierce has been coming in (to see her) for several years. I like how their story plays out... the book is fast paced with some good unexpected plot twists.

Pierce is protective & possessive and claims Layla (& her daughter) as his. I love how he cares for them.

The book is told in a dual 1st person POV

Life is an Amazing Adventure with the Right Partner -
This is a satisfying, steamy, age gap mafia romance where you can’t but to fall hard for the characters root for them to get the happily they deserved. The story slowly built toward something significant from the beginning and kept the intrigue all the way throughout, which ultimately came to a crescendo when Pierce and Layla both overcame all the obstacles in their path and he ensured she had options for her future to choose from. I highly recommend this phenomenal story to anyone that wants to dip their toe into mafia romance stories. Grab your copy now and you won’t be disappointed.

Layla is a single mom, to daughter Maddie, working in a restaurant to earn a living for her and her daughter. Pierce, a mafia boss, has been a regular customer on a weekly basis and has had his eye on Layla for a while. When danger comes to Layla and Maddie, Pierce makes himself their self-appointed protector. I like their chemistry and how he was so protective of Layla and Maddie and decided they were a family. It was a good mafia romance story with angst, drama, steam, and an ending that was perfect.

This story was so good! Layla lives under the radar to keep her child safe and out from under the Bratva. Working at the diner she connects with Pierce an older man who is way out of her league but the connection between them is intense and he wants them safe and with him. Right when things get interesting her past comes back and a tragedy has her back in the hands of the man she was running from, but all isn't lost because Pierce is on the way. This action-packed story kept me glued to the pages.

Layla is a single mom focused on survival. She's given up on any dreams of a happily ever after. Then she meets someone who is just too good to be true. Someone who makes all of her problems go away and makes her believe in dreams again. I really liked this book and I'm glad that it's part of a series.

Loved it!!
Loved reading Silver Sinner, I was immediately hooked on this book and couldn’t put it down until the last page. Layla and Pierce’s story was action packed and the chemistry between them was extremely HOT. Loved the ending!!
