This book is so inspiring and I totally loved it! I've been following Kristina's journey since the point she "only" had 300.000 followers or so. Now she's at the point in her life where the sky is her limit.
If you're an artist, like being creative or just need that little push to get back into creating, read this book.

Firstly, I don't read a lot of memoirs, but this one was different. It was fun and imaginative. I always wish I could draw like Kristina, but I'm lucky to draw a straight line. This memoir was very cute, and memorable as I joined Webb's journey from adolescence to adulthood.

The writing was speckled with images from Webb's past starting in New Zealand to the United States. Seeing the beauty of the blue beaches to the snowy trees. Webb is definitely an inspiration to many young and old creators.

She has created a book that is more then just pictures, but a story of being yourself.

I've read this book before, it would have been a few years back and while I was on holiday. I'm not a particularly creative person, in ANY field but especially artistically. This type of book is not for me, challenges and tasks in a book just don't appeal. I don't see myself ever completing this book but I will say that I loved the first 100 pages of written backstory from Kristina. All her trips and schooling life, her home in America etc. It's nice to know more about Kristina other than just her art. Other than that, the book is stunning, no shortage of illustrations and talent! I loved the layout and the colours. It would be a nice gift for any Kristina fan-or aspiring artist for that matter!

If I was a teen, I'd give the book a 4. I've given it a 3 because I wasn't that interested in her bio and made it to page 69. I think much of her material is presented better for an adult in different publications. Kristina Webb's illustrations are beautifully slick. Kristina is model beautiful. I can't begin to make pictures that well in my wildest dreams. Her creative exercises and prompts are doable, if I get over being intimidated. Her letter to creatives is inspirational , but again the material is covered in many other sources.

A fun book from a young girl who had the guts and talent to follow her heart and do what she loved. An enjoyable read and a great one for creative kids. Kristina's instagram page is worth following too.

I’m always fascinated by people who have found fame via the internet. She talks about IG. Very interesting life from 0-18 living all over.

The creative prompts will be great to share with my older Girl Scouts, or to use with my own art journaling.

I bought this book for my daughter, but ended up stealing it and reading it myself. Don't worry, I gave it back. :)
This book is a great inspiration for any young aspiring artist.

Kristina's story is interesting and inspiring, and I love the way she "shares" her book with the reader and invites them to start creating within its pages right away!

If you have a creative young soul in your life, or if you ARE one, get this book! It's fun!

Honestly, this book is great. It keeps me occupied during my spare time, and keeps me busy during Christmas break. I find books like these very useful since it improves our drawing and art skills. It is very unique because not only it has all these activities in it, it includes a amazing story in the beggining, that will inspire you to try making art your hobby, even if you aren't good at it. Give this book a perfect 5. Love it!

I read the actual book part in one go!

I’ll do and complete the actual challenges from the book whenever I feel like doing one of them since I think that way will work best for me.

The first half was read at the library, it was lovely enough to encourage me to purchase a copy. The remaining portion of the book is for creative exercises, which I will work on sparingly :-) -- the Biographical portion is complete.

I know it seems weird to include a coloring book on this site - you may ask, how does one read a coloring book? I’ve been following Kristina Webb on Instagram for awhile now - she is a beautiful artist and her coloring book is not just inspiring, but contains a biography of her as well!
How does one go about reviewing a coloring book? Especially one with a biography of a 16 year old - what could she have to share about her life already? More than most, I can guarantee!
Though still only a teenager, Kristina Webb’s artwork has garnered her thousands of Instagram followers and inspired countless young girls to express themselves through art. As a lover of coloring and design (my college diploma includes a studio arts minor), I was very excited when the adult coloring craze kicked off - I never stopped coloring and for most of my young adult life, Disney princess coloring books were the only ones available to coloring enthusiasts like myself. Unfortunately, the market quickly became saturated with every middling mediocre line artist trying to jump on the bandwagon and put out their own coloring book. Finding a good one now is not unlike finding a diamond in the rough and Kristina’s Color Me Creative is that diamond.
Included in the book are examples of her art, the art that inspired the coloring book as well as a scrapbook style biography at the beginning. What Kristina has done for young girls already in her relatively short life by giving them an outlet for their creativity in a day and age when arts funding is usually the first to go in schools is absolutely inspiring.
