I really like this book because is so interesting. I learned a lot of new things about the Egyptians.

This story talks about Egypt and how people lived there there was farmers who grew fruits and veggies along the Nile River. It talked about how they believed in gods and goddesses and also when an important person dies it explains how they mummified them it later talks about the Giant pyramids and how they were made by man.

Den här boken har vi lånat hem om och om igen från biblioteket. Spännande historia, gudar och fina illustrationer. Texten kommer i lagom små bitar, då och då har barnet läst stycken själv.

This is a good elementary level book that provides a brief about the history.

A decent overview of Egyptian civilization, beliefs, and customs. It is a smaller book (8x6 inches) and the layout of the pages felt a little cluttered. Early elementary reading level (2nd or 3rd?).
