Grizzlies MC #3

Outlaw's Bride

Rate this book
I HAD AN OUTLAW'S BABY AND KEPT IT A SECRET...

SALLY

He's going to kill me when he finds out. I should've left Roman behind after our unforgettable fling two summers ago. I wasn't supposed to end up having his kid, always looking over my shoulder for the last man in the world meant to be a father.

But danger has a funny way of betraying a woman's best kept secrets, and reigniting old flames that should've died on a hot summer night.

Now, he's hellbent on claiming me in all the explosive ways that make my heart stop and my head spin. I'm losing it, or maybe just my panties. Every single pair.

An arranged marriage with the Grizzlies MC's biggest badass? I shouldn't want this so bad...

ROMAN

Forgive and forget? F*ck no.

I tried like hell to push her away, spent every waking minute on whores and booze. Then I found out what she'd hidden, and I lost my damned mind.

Sally's lies stole more years off my life than prison did. She owes me big. I'm taking her for payment, and I don't care what she's got to say about wearing my brand.

No chick makes a fool outta me. And I'm not fooling when I tell her I'll get my perfect wife, even if we're faking it all the way to the altar.

Give me a week. I'll conquer her spitfire tongue and remind her what it's like to ache desire. I'm not stopping 'til her lips are on mine, making her squirm the way she used to, begging me for more...

I've always been a fan of Nicole Snow. She writes so vividly and descriptively, and everything about this book is amazing.

This book gives us Roman and Sally's story. This couple interested me since I first heard about them in Outlaw's Obsession. Nicole doesn't disappoint! Roman and Sally's love is almost too hot to handle. They start out young lovers and then life hands them a bad hand. She's a single mom, and he goes away to jail for several years. She feels him out and decides he isn't father material, but when Roman sees his son for the first time, he isn't having any of that. These two have to win each other over and learn to love.

The way he claims her is just awesome! There's action and club drama leading up to a sexy and heartwarming wedding I can't forget. It's rare for me to drawn in this deep into an MC book but Nicole did it. She's got this thing down.

After reading about this one in the author's newsletter, I was looking forward to reading it. I wanted to love it...but I could barely finish it.

I couldn't connect with Sally or Roman, and don't think they connected with each other either. Every last thing about them was based on sex. I could see no reason why, after a few weeks of sex, they should have been so unforgettable to each other. We saw no signs of affection, heard no words of love or even heard of any good qualities of either of them. Yet, after two years - all this sexual tension still exists. Didn't work for me.

Sally had virgin-lust, pure and simple. Her life was tolerable at best...and pathetic at the worst. Once she got with Roman, she clung to the "relationship"...for lack of a better word. After she became a mother, I was hoping for Sally 2.0 - but she never appeared. Knowing how lackluster her own childhood had been, she should have wanted more...and better for Caleb. Fuhgetaboutit! She still made hasty, bad decisions, and her son seemed like an afterthought most of the time. Signing everything over to Norman and walking away would have been in Caleb's best interest. Maybe distance between them would have motivated Roman to bring his A-game. But, nope...she was selfish. After seeing Roman hold Caleb ONE time, she was a lost cause.

Roman wasn't much better, but he never said he was a knight-in-shining-armor. However, I felt he was only with Sally to diminish the pain of his own past and right the wrongs of his father...and the sex, of course. But what are these two going to do in thirty years when Caleb's gone, Sally is going through the change, and Roman had erectile dysfunction issues - play Uno? I needed to see "something" to make me feel this couple had built something on more than sex and an out-of-wedlock child.

I liked the MC/cartel war. It was raw and gritty and felt real. Would have been nice to see more of it and less burning thighs and bulging crotches. I had to walk away from this story several times for fear of my eyes getting stuck from rolling them so much.

I have read and enjoyed other books by this author, and will probably read more, but this one just fell short for me.

Wow. I can't remember the last time a biker book held my attention like this one did!

There was some nice background/past to show how Roman and Sally first got together. It really set the stage. My one issue though was that once Sally tried to get in contact with Roman 2 years later, he kicked her out and when he found out about Caleb, he tore into her and the fact that she showed up to tell him about his son and he kicked her out was never mentioned.

I loved that once Roman decided he wanted Sally, she was it for him. No more club girls, he was a one woman guy. That’s not to say that he didn’t partake of one particular Twinkie club girl before be decided Sally was his, but once he manned up, Twinkie was a thing of the past.

This book had some wicked chemistry between Roman and Sally! I can’t remember the last time that a fictional guy could go for days on end with no stopping. He was a human energizer bunny!

Something else I loved was the way Roman went to town on the bad guys. I love revenge seeking guys and Roman definitely fit the bill!

I just have to say, the bad guy...aka...the rat...I totally called it!

I can’t wait to read more of Nicole Snow’s books!

When Sally met biker Roman, it was a blazing hot and steamy summer fling, until Club business happened and Roman had to go away, and didn´t return.
When Sally tries to get a hold of him, he´s in prison with a two years sentence, so Sally decides to get on with her own life and forget what they had.
Until the Cartel moves in and she needs to protect her farm and family.
What Roman discovers changes everything, and soon Sally´s got her own patch, but can they make a go off it a second time?
Bikers, smutty fluff, action and suspense in a great combo. Love this series!

Another awesome story & ride with our favorite Grizzlies!! While I flove Rabid, I'd be with Roman. His bad ass overbearing protective ways just worked for me somehow, someway & this is typically a huge turnoff for me. Sally is the perfect ying to Roman's yang I think. I loved the rollercoaster ride this story took us on so much. I hope we get another Grizzley MC book!!

2 Stars. Not terrible, but didn't hold my interest. At about 30%, I gave it up.

Not my cuppa, but other like it just fine. I didn't find anything about it interesting or particularly unique, but if you're only needing an MC fix, this may fit the bill.

Happy Reading!

Yet again, Nicole Snow has pulled me in and left me happy. I really enjoyed the story of Roman and Sally. We get to start at their beginning and get a good insight into how they started their relationship. While Roman may have been verbally denying that it was what they had his actions showed how he felt. Sally however was so innocent, she fell for Roman and fell hard. He was her one and only and she truly didn't understand his world and when he had to be silent and disappear.

Now we're back to the present and it's been two years. Two years of silence and secrets and Sally has kept a big one. This is where my only issue with Roman comes in. Yes, she did not reach out to him for the two years he was sent away but when he gets out and comes back to the club and she tries to talk to him and come clean he's an ass and doesn't even give her the chance to tell him. His pride and hurt feelings clearly get the better of him. And things get rocky for a little while, causing more hurt feelings. While working her family farm Sally has to bring a big problem to the attention of the Grizzlies MC. Their enemy, the cartel has set up shop in their back yard and literally her back yard! And while under their protection Roman discovers the secret that Sally has kept from him. Let's just say that went over really well.

From here on out and it's a hot and heavy love story. Roman steps up, takes control of the situation and things are falling into place. But that's the thing about rats, they strike when you think things are all going well. And this rat is a nasty one and Roman exterminates him appropriately!

I really enjoyed the story of Roman and Sally and look forward to more Grizzlie MC.

I just finished Outlaw's Bride and I liked it. Its a biker chick through and through so Im gonna be all over it! Even though this is the 3rd in the Grizzlies MC series with Outlaw's Kiss and Outlaw's Obsession, you could read this as a stand alone and still follow along. This is Sally and Romans story. Roman is the Enforcer and him and Sally meet one summer, it is passion filled but one day he has to leave. Club comes first. He tells her he will be back. We find out that he is in prison. She ends up getting pregnant from their summer encounter and waits to tell him when he gets out of prison. But once he gets out, he is bitter that she did so much as write a letter to him. He leaves things with her in even more turmoil. She doesnt know what to do. The Mexican Cartel takes the decision out of her hands when they try to leave stuff on her land, which causes her to ask for the Grizzlies for help. Roman finds out. He takes her and his son away from there and now she is his. He makes her his ole lady whether she wants to or not. Both of these stubborn people will have to put their differences aside to protect each other and their club. It was a quick and sexy read that brought alot of raw grittiness to the MC world I like to read and I cant wait to see what else happens!

This author doesn't hold anything back in her MC romances the heroes are big bad tattooed and hot. They don't romance the heroine's with hot dates, flowers and chocolates either. Once one of these guys claims the woman he wants that's it there's no turning back. Roman is the Grizzlies MC enforcer and he's the biggest and baddest of them all. 2 years previously Roman had spent a few weeks one summer with Sally he'd swept her off her feet literally. Unknown to him she's got a secret that he's soon to discover, when he does it's a game changer and Sally will have no choice but to give in. As usual apart from the main couple there's plenty going on elsewhere in this story making it a real page turner. I loved it. Thank you to the author for allowing me a ARC for an honest review.

Hot MC Alpha male read

"get on this cock babe, no more fucking around ive missed your heat like an Eagle misses the sky"

So poetic, yep ,get used to the word fuck your gonna see it a lot in this read.

Its hot, filled with drama and angst, cartel & mc wars an Alph male claiming his woman, well he says pussy but you get the gist.

It was good read but would of liked more fight coming from Sally giving the story more relationship angst other than the club battles with cartel.

3 Star read

This is Sally and Roman's story. Sally meets Roman when she is sent by her cousin to the MC's repair shop to pick up a vehicle. They start a summer whirlwind romance (if you can call it that--mainly hooking up not much romance involved) for two weeks. Roman then finds himself in jail for 2 years and Sally finds out that she's pregnant and is told that she cannot visit him because of the threat she would pose on him as well as herself, so she decides to cut him off completely. Once he gets out she does make an attempt to let him know he has a son, but that backfires. Eventually after a few tense run-ins, he finds out that she kept their son a secret. He claims her automatically as his old lady and tells her that they will get married and make it right. Through some typical MC type drama and some major steamy times they fall in love and find their HEA.

POV: Alternating between Sally and Roman's POV

Overall Pace of Story: Good pace. I didn't feel like it was a jump into "instalove", but I did feel like other than their insane chemistry there wasn't all that much substance to their love.

H rating: 3.5 stars. Typical tough guy alpha biker. Dirty talker and really took the responsibility of Sally and their son well...I did like that (unlike some bikers) he wasn't interested in anyone else once he had Sally.

h rating: 3 stars. I didn't like that she kept their son a secret from him especially when she attempted to tell him when he got out of jail...she should've tried harder I think.

Angst level: Low. No tissues necessary.

Heat level: High. Almost called this one erotica in my shelves, but then I relented once I remembered it was a MC book (which tend to run hotter).

Descriptive sex: Yes.

Sex scene with OW or OM:

Cheating:

Possible Triggers:

Closure: This book does not include a epilogue (which usually is a must for me), but I do feel like we get decent closure with this couple and that they are well in their way to their HEA.

Overall opinion: It was an ok read. Steamy and some suspense that make it similar to other MC romances which is what I was in the mood for...not too much drama between h/H considering their circumstances. Considering it was a MC romance...I'd say it was a pretty easy read. On kindle unlimited, so worth the time in my book.

I loved it and you will also, you won't be able to put it down....

**SPOILERS** IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW THEN DON'T READ THE REVIEW, JUST BUY THE BOOK AND READ IT YOURSELF.

Roman and Sally were lovers 2 summers ago when she gave him her virginity. He was then arrested over some MC stuff and was sent away for 2 years. She ended up having his baby in secret, he doesn't know and when he finds out all hell will break loose.

First I can't stand cheating, I wish that under the description when some books tell you it's a cliff hanger or its going to be a HEA, that it would tell you there is or isn't any cheating done by the main characters.

I went in with doubts after reading the description. It said that he spent every waking minute on Whores and Booze. That alone would have made me not pic up the book. I hate cheating if the couple is not together that is fine but if there are feelings established then why are you having sex with someone else.

OK so he does have sex with a club whore for about a week, while he is thinking about Sally the whole time. That is it there is no cheating... He loved Sally and was fighting his feelings and should he have had sex with the Whore in my opinion no he should have had the balls to go after Sally right away. It didn't take away from the story and she wasn't hurt by it either so I'm actually OK with it... There was a part when things were going down in her farm and she had to talk to the MC Pres and ended up seeing Roman passed out with the Whore it hurt her but she was ok she was a tough bitch...

Ok so now Roman has to go to her farm, there is a brother of his that likes her and when he walks into her house like he owns it he catches them kissing and he goes NUTSSSSSSSSS. He basically claims her... while he's giving her crap about the brother he hears a noise.. Right you guessed it it's the baby and Oh Lord heads are going to roll...

He takes one look at the baby and he know he is the father he mentions to himself that it's like looking at an old photo of his.

She has no choice but to go to the club and they get together they have a wedding and Love each other like the 2 years never happened.

Of course there is stuff in between but more like crap happening with the club not with their relationship they are solid.....

GREAT STORY!!!!! LOVED IT!!!!! CAN'T WAIT FOR MORE.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. This was my first book to read by Nicole Snow, and I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed this read! From the very first line in the summary, where the reader learns that Sally, the female lead, has kept her baby a secret from his father, an outlaw bad boy biker named Roman. This had me hooked and I couldn't wait to dive in further.

There were parts of the book that made me really think about how it all tied together. For instance, both characters come from a broken home of some kind, therefore they both strive hard to make a family of their own. Roman really surprises Sally when he steps up into the role of father so easily and comfortably, but it is blatantly obvious to the readers. We get a sense that Roman is ready to settle down, but he only wants to settle down with Sally. It's frustrating in just the right way when both leading characters are too stubborn to realize how much they love each other. I could respect the fact that once this was no longer an issue and they decided to make it work, there was no back and forth; they were both all in.

I really appreciated how Ms. Snow expressed Roman's emotions. They were so raw and powerful and so easy to get wrapped up in. He came off as the silent, broody type on the outside, but once you were inside his head, you could physically feel right along with him every emotion he felt.

Sally was my favorite kind of heroine. She was strong-willed and fought for what she believed was right; she went above and beyond to keep her son safe from any danger. There was no question why Roman just couldn't resist her and decided to make her his in his aggressive and outlaw way.

There were a few inconsistencies, but none to take away from the book. They were actually easy to overlook, but this is the reason why I rated 4 stars instead of 5. I highly recommend this to readers who enjoy a bad-boy, outlaw biker romance.

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. This book can be read as a stand alone though it would be better to read the other books to understand some of the other characters in this book.

In this book we meet Roman and Sally. In the beginning of this book Roman and sally are coming together for the first time. Roman is dedicated to the Grizzles and will let no one stand in his way of doing what the club needs first. Sally is young and nieve when she meets Roman and thinks of nothing but him so when he goes away on club business for 2 years with no word to her she figures she was just another notch for him.

Roman has thought of nothing but his club and Sally but with no word from her for 2 years he figures she is done with him and he was just someone to have fun with for awhile. When secrets are revealed Roman realizes this woman is his and always have been and no one is taking her from him. She will be wearing his brand and jacket also she will be wearing his ring when the time is right and no one will take that from him. Sally on the other hand isn't so ready to jump on that band wagon.

This is a great story about love lasting even when there are not just bumps but some real potholes in the way. This book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end it is amazing. An absolute must read.

3 stars = Liked It

I liked this one better than book 2. The plot is well thought out and the book had a lot of action (as well as the obligatory many, many smex scenes).

I guess the character of Roman didn't bowl me over. The guy is a total Neanderthal. All he thought about was sex, and all he seemed to primarily think of Sally was having sex. They did spend time together before he went to prison for two years, but that wasn't described in any detail, and we are left thinking that this was mostly a sex romp and that these two don't really spend time getting to know each other. Where the book falls short for me is in the character development, but it wasn't terrible, just insufficient.

There were a few typos, not many. There is one paragraph where the name of the guy gets mixed up, but saying where would be a spoiler. Suffice it to say it will likely stop you in your tracks while you back track trying to figure out who is doing what.

One thing that was really annoying was the way a paragraph ends, and in the very next one there is a total change of scene. A double shift between these would make the reading flow more smoothly.

Sally easily fell into sleeping with Roman. Roman was a hot biker and Sally had zero experience with men, she was swept away with the bad boy but he wasn't looking for an old lady even if she was the closest he came to finding one.

For two years Roman sat behind bars hoping to hear from Sally but nothing ever came. When he gets out he cannot believe she had the nerve to show up at his club wanting to talk to him. For all of Roman's pissed emotion, he has no clue that Sally is hiding a secret and her own reasons for not reaching out. However the welcome she gets from him is enough to stir hatred for the man she thought she fell for.

When she finds that her farm also is being used by the cartel and needs help. She seeks out the President of the Grizzlies trying to avoid Roman altogether but when he finds out about the secret she has carried all hell breaks loose.

I was torn on this one almost gave it a 3.5 but the more you read into the story it works. There was a couple of things that never got addressed but were part of the story. Roman was such a jerk but once you get to understand where he is coming from you get it. Liked Sally she was a handful which I don't think Roman was expecting.

This book is about a badass outlaw with the Grizzlies MC with the biker name of Roman and a sweet young virgin named Sally. Now I can tell you that these two are so different from one another that it really shouldn't work, but it does, oh boy does it! This is more than just a love story, this has a ton of action in it; the Grizzlies MC has a major problem and it's the Mexican Cartel that is moving in on their territory, they have a rat inside their Club, Lots of Action and the only thing that it has more than action is Hot, Steamy Sex! The chemistry between Roman and Sally is scorching hot!

OMG...once again, fooled by high ratings. *sigh* Bad editing aside, Roman was an utter pig. Here are some of his epic quotes:

'I don't give a s**t if you're a virgin. I don't do gentle. I don't do slow. I only know how to f**k sluts.' Aww...just what every girl wants to hear when she's about to get her cherry popped. :/

'Consider this a test. We'll see if you're worth more than one f**k. I hardly ever do girls twice...' Get out of here! With all those bags of appeal and charm that you possess. How could a girl possibly resist? -_-

'I'm going babe. Don't make me run you over....there's s**t I have to do, and nobody's standing in my way. Not even you.' Well, obviously not if you're planning to drive over the top of her. He's a keeper!

This is the first book, by this author that I have read and I can tell you it won't be my last. Roman was such a strong man but when we got to see his sensitive side, it just made me swoon even more. Sally, was an innocent when she became involved with Roman, but when circumstances tear them apart and her giving birth to Romans child made her stronger. They both fight the attraction they feel for each other after they reconnect, but when they decide to make a go of it, they realize they still have obstocles that still need to e dealt with. I enjoyed the book, and the sex scences where HOT, HOT, HOT.

Very gritty. Both hero and heroine. Did not care much for the heroine so dnf because of her. Hero wasn't totally into the heroine from the moment he sees her. Didn't like that. After they seperate he has sex with other women. He wasn't really alpha uber totally into the heroine. Didn't feel their romantic connection. The MC story was boring. Skimmed most of the hero chapters cause it wasn't interesting.

~~~~~~~~~~~Tracy's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review~~~~~~~~~~
Sally fell in love with a bad boy and he was the man who gave her more than a heartache two years ago. When her farm is overrun by the Cartel she goes to the Grizzlies MC and talks to BlackJack the president of the MC to get help and protection for her and her son Caleb. Roman only regret in life was leaving Sally two years ago but she never contacted him so she just walked away from him and what they had. When he goes to protect her farm and looks into the face of his son, a son he didn't know existed he takes matters in his own hands and he will do anything to protect them, but who is going to protect him? Great story about the strong and silent protector of the Grizzlies MC. This book has excitement, danger, steamy romance and hot alpha MC men. This is definitely a must read book and series. I have loved all these books and the relationship between Roman and Sally is electric.
Omg the writing in for this book was horrible. I don’t mean grammatically, but the literal writing was horrible. There was absolutely no flow, it was so disjointed I often had a hard time following it. Also the moods/feelings/actions the characters went through and their reasoning for it often made NO sense. I will be honest this book was so terribly constructed I don’t think I want to even attempt anything else by this author. Yes, I feel THAT strongly about it.
I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review.
I always look forward to Nicole Snow's books because I know I'm guaranteed a filthy mouthed alpha. She's one of the best when it comes to dirty talking men and explicit "hot as fucking hell" sex scenes. This book more than lived up to my expectations and hopes in those two departments.
This is the story of Roman and Sally. We briefly met them in the previous book, but it won't hurt you to read this as a standalone. Roman is your typical biker that loves fucking anything that moves and thinks he's God's gift to all women. Sally is a sheltered and naive farm girl who is dazzled by his amazingly good looks and counts herself lucky to be the current object of his desire. She gave him her virginity and they fucked exclusively for three months (completely unheard of for Roman) before he was called away with a single phone Grizzlies' president and didn't return. A deal went south and he had to do three years for his brothers in prison.
After Roman disappeared from her life Sally found out she was pregnant. The club president wouldn't allow her to visit Roman in prison for safety reasons and she couldn't bring herself to tell him in a letter. The result was three years of zero communication between the two of them, a pissed off and betrayed feeling Roman (since Sally never once contacted him) and a secret baby that no one except Sally knew the true parentage of.
The Cartel is once again causing trouble for the club and in so doing also endangering Sally's family by utilizing their land for building bunkers and places to stash weapons. The Grizzlies step in for protection which means Roman and Sally will eventually have to be around one another. Even without Roman knowing about his secret child, the situation between the two of them is tense and even outright ugly at times. They both feel slighted by the other, but yet refuse to acknowledge that their might still be good feelings remaining in their hearts too.
Roman accidentally hears Caleb fussing in his crib while in Sally's house on club business. One look at Sally's face and he knew the little boy was his. It was love at first sight when he walked up to the crib and saw Caleb for the first time. He told himself at that moment that regardless of his feelings about Sally, they were going to be a family and he was going to try and make up for all the time he had already missed with his son.
Sally isn't given a choice in the matter, so the changes taking place in the new family's lives don't exactly go smoothly. Between the constant drama going on with Roman and Sally and the increasing peril caused by the Cartel, which includes an unknown rat in the Grizzlies, tensions run high for everyone. Roman had always been ready and willing to fight and die for his brothers, but as he and Sally grow closer and begin working things out he realizes that he doesn't want to abandon them by his death. That's what happened with his own father and he's vowed to always be there for his own family. That realization just makes dealing with and getting rid of the Cartel problem even that much more important and risky.
Plenty of action ensues along with loved ones being hurt, but I think the danger brought Roman and Sally closer together more quickly than if things had been safe and normal. Roman proves that he'll do anything to keep Sally and Caleb safe. Sally sees the stress being the club Enforcer causes him and she's able to support and calm him when needed. They both provide something the other craves and they fall head over heels in love in the process.
Extreme situations make people think more seriously about the important things in life. Roman doesn't waste any time after the Cartel ordeal in marrying the love of his life and starting to try and have more kids. He wants a big family, and he deserves one. He's a great father and I loved seeing him and Sally get their happily ever after.
I received an ARC copy from the author in exchange for my honest review.
The Outlaw’s lady kept his baby a secret and boy was he upset when he found out!
Sally met Roman when she came to pick up her uncle’s truck from the garage where Roman worked which was a Grizzlies MC place (where MC Brothers worked at). The passion was immediate, hot and heavy. Sally fell head over heels in love with Roman. She was consumed by him and thought he felt the same but something happened and he was gone out of her life suddenly. She found out that he took a rap for his Grizzlies MC Brethren. He was sent to jail for about 2 yrs and she , during that time, found herself pregnant. She needs to tell him and she gets an address but is not sure how to put it in a letter so she just wait to tell him and the 2 years go by and she lives her life for her and Roman’s son, Caleb. She hopes she can someday tell Roman but just thinks he will never forgive her when he finds out so she keeps pushing the thoughts of telling him to the back of her mind and continues on raising her son.
After talking to a cousin of hers regarding some business for their place, Sally realizes there is some funny business going on with her uncle’s home and land. She realizes she needs to tell the MC’s president and make him aware. She leaves the baby with him and goes to the him and ends up running into her past- Roman who was with one of the club house whores. It was like a kick to her stomach. Sally was hurt deep inside but she kept it together and went on to see the Prez , told him what she came about and quickly got out. Roman kept on club whores for a week, drinking and sleeping with them then he had to call on Sally regarding club business and he sees this MC brother giving her a kiss and it sets him off. That MC brother leaves and that is when he hears a baby crying; quickly he gets right on to the crying sound and by looking at the baby, he knows it his. Roman is Mad, so mad at Sally . He tells her to get packed up what she can and she is to come live with him or else…
Sally never stopped loving Roman but to know he has been sleeping with others while she has been as faithful to him since the very first , as the reader will learn when reading this story. The passions arising between the two are ever fruitful and very plentiful. The secondary characters are great to read and to have in this story. Sally and Roman have a way to come while reading this story. The emotions are so raw, ragged and you can feel the tears pouring down your face for both of the MCs; the twists and turns of the story had me several times afraid of the outcome but I HAVE to say, Sally is one hardcore mistress of Roman’s demon . I prayed that they would find their way back to each other and by the end of the story, after the roller coaster that is there love is beautiful and their love for their son is so sweet.
Roman is exhaustive, dark, angry yet he is sensitive, passionate, giving, full of love for his son and the woman who bore him and kept him safe when he couldn’t--tender…Sally is loving, full of life is in a tizzy, ready to knock down if you take her man from her. There is action to go along with the emotion in the story due to the mexican cartel. You will love this story with all the crazy insane action going on--it brings action, romance, MC Brothers together all in one. You cant go wrong with this story
This book was absolutely great! I've read the others in the series and they were just as good, but this one's my personal favorite to date.
Sally and Roman's story:
Sally is a sweet innocent girl growing up on her Uncle's ranch. She's well rounded with curves, and voluptuous breasts. Things started out when Roman came to fix her Uncle's truck. First it was kissing, then feeling, then came the ultimate, losing her virginity in the back of the very truck Roman just got through fixing. All he wanted to was to "show her his work"
Roman, is the Enforcer in the Grizzlies MC. He comes out to fix the ranchers truck. Roman finds himself taking Sally in the truck, and spending time taking her for rides, and then finds himself spending more and more time with her. He makes it clear that it's not dating. He don't do dating. So when he's called away on a meeting, he doesn't realize at that time, that will change his whole future.
Sally can't understand why she hasn't seen Roman. It's been a long time. She has some very important news to share with him. When she goes to the club house to find out why, she's driving off crying and confused.
Roman is back after 2 long years of being locked up. All he wants to do is get laid, and drink. When he see's Sally, he's met with some harsh words and an attitude. But fate has a way of biting you in the ass.
After 2 years, Sally has came to the club house not knowing Roman was there, but to talk with the Prez, about some stuff that she's found on the ranch. Before you know it things change and the two of them are brought together not because they want to be, but because it could be a matter of life or death.
Roman flips his shit, when he hears what he thinks he's hearing from upstairs. So when he goes up there after Sally is screaming for him not to, he can't believe the betrayal. He finds himself looking at the exact image of himself. Things start getting really messy from there, and Roman finds himself rethinking everything about his life.
This book will keep you reading all night. At least it did me. I couldn't seem to put it down once I got started. It kept me interested from start to finish, and I can't wait until the next Grizzlies book comes out!
