Good and useful advice for improving self esteem. Has lots of practical exercises as well. Of course self esteem can be severely crippled for all kinds of reasons but it is a good place to start with simple steps.

Really glad I picked up this book. I spent hours looking through the self-help section for some no-nonsense books. Really straight forward and easy to read with minimal eye rolling. I've already been able to implement some meaningful changes from using what I've learned. I've got another Teach Yourself book pertaining to goal setting, and I think they're really great to get started, and learn some core knowledge.
Self-help book for self-esteem. I don't really have much of a self-esteem problem. I have major depression but it doesn't necessarily come with self-esteem problems, so I didn't get much out of it. But, the book does seem very interesting.
