This was a cute story about a baker and a lawyer. I wish Daniel was straightforward with his feelings, but I loved that Carla was patient of him and not clingy. She let him choose even though he took FOREVER.I have to admit Daniel was attractive when he stuck up for Carla in the courtroom and had her back when it came to his crazy girlfriend. Great book!

I don't do cheaters and I don't respect women who will accept that level of disrespect. If he will do it with you he will do it to you. Authors have got to infuse self-respect and hard limits into their female leads.

Carla and Daniel....

I can’t believe Carla really fell for Daniels crap! Danial is a cheater, plain and simple and to take that crap was annoying. She deserved way better. Daniel deserved a swift kick to the balls and a custody agreement. He was a sorry excuse for a dude. Just because you don’t like your girlfriend, doesn’t mean cheating is justified. I’m upset I even finished this book.
