The Scattering
James was a prodigy painter, until a nightmare planted in his head shows him how his family is going to be slaughtered, and steals color from his waking eyes. Five years later, the same nightmare, still colorblind, and no answers about the vengeful mystery girl who’s out for their blood ... until a pouch with paint brushes from the 1800s washes ashore near his house, and other clues begin to surface. Can James wade just deep enough into the killer’s world to paint away his family’s fate?

Interesting concept not the best execution. Lots of grammatical and continuity errors. This book could use a good editor

This was a very different ghost story from what I normally read. This is a story that jumps back and forth in time and yet by the end of the book all the story lines merge into a unique ending. I was very satisfied with the ending and enjoyed this book. If you are looking for a ghost story with a twist this is the one for you
