Practical info, seems mostly intuitive. Not mentioned in the book but the Christian has a secret weapon—prayer and trust in God. “What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.” Psalm 56:3

Panic attacks have always been something that has plagued me. This book has helped. It didn't permanently cure my panic attacks, but it has made them much less frequent. The strategies if implemented will help you.
