Sasha fell in love with Mason on the playground when they were young children. But after her single mother marries his single father, Sasha’s crush is transformed from something sweet to something forbidden. When her mother catches them kissing as teenagers, she throws Mason out of the house.
Now they’re in their twenties, and a sibling’s wedding has brought them together for the first time in thirteen years. Sasha has never been able to get close to a man . . . but seeing handsome Mason makes her willing to try again.
This story is a good quick read; a stepbrother romance without being creepy about it. It's a little predictable, but that's what I expected from such a short read.
