Cullen grew up in rural North Carolina, but now lives in the St. Louis area with his wife Cindy and his son Jackson. His noir/horror comic (and first collaboration with Brian Hurtt), The Damned, was published in 2007 by Oni Press. The follow-up, The Damned: Prodigal Sons, was released in 2008. In addition to The Sixth Gun, his current projects include Crooked Hills, a middle reader horror prose series from Evileye Books; The Tooth, an original graphic novel from Oni Press; and various work for Marvel and DC. Somewhere along the way, Cullen founded Undaunted Press and edited the critically acclaimed small press horror magazine, Whispers from the Shattered Forum.

All writers must pay their dues, and Cullen has worked various odd jobs, including Alien Autopsy Specialist, Rodeo Clown, Professional Wrestler Manager, and Sasquatch Wrangler.

And, yes, he has fought for his life against mountain lions and he did perform on stage as the World's Youngest Hypnotist. Buy him a drink sometime, and he'll tell you all about it.

It starts off with this part where he's doing this thing...or a thing happens to him...sorta like...well, see for yourself. IF YOU DARE *spoilers siren wails*:

And then it graduates to the usual SQUIIIIIIIIIIISH-SCHUUUUUUURSH-KERRRRRRSPLAT-squelch. I advise against eating-while-watching. If you're squeamish. If not then, good on you for being able to keep your food down while feasting your eyes (so to speak) on the vividly gory action sequences that the creative minds of all these deadpool-comic-book-creator types seem to ADORE illustrating. Seriously, it's like they all have this internal conversation in their heads that goes:
"d'ya think maybe we made it too icky?"
"nah, Dan. More is less. So that must mean more-er is just about the right amount"
"you're right, voice-in-my-head-that-I'm-not-going-to-question-because-hey-if-Miley-Cyrus-can-come-in-like-a-wrecking-ball-and-still-rake-in-the-big-bucks-then-I-ain't-crazy"

No, Dan, Cullen & all other DP-creators. It is not fine. It is ick. It is very ick.

But in your defense, it wouldn't be Deadpool if there was no ick.

This love-hate thing I have with Deadpool needs to work itself out. Right now I'm just going around in circles and feeling a bit giddy. But I think i kinda sorta like it.

Gosh, I need help.

If anyone knows a good shrink, comment below. Much appreciated.

The story was a very simple one. Deadpool did the comedy and Carnage caused most of the carnage. This was an easy and quick read without any fancy stuff - just jokes and violence.

¿Es acaso que carnage se cuestiona lo que deadpool en la trilogía asesina?
