Just so much pop psychology.

This started out promising. And did bring up a few good points. But soon just became examples of pop psychology I recognize and you know doubt will. Such things as breathing exercises, think positive thoughts, reaffirm your self worth, surround yourself with positivity. There you have it in a nutshell. Nothing really new, if at all. If you are really to the point of seeking advice for serious problems as depression, it's no doubt time to talk to a trained professional, therapist or your doctor, not rely on the obvious in so many of these self help books.

I do appreciate this book as it deals a lot on how one can cope with stress. Massimo did provided ways and advises on how to utilizes ones strength and skills to overcome stress what I even like most is how he defines that we shouldn't be bothered by stress at all and thus we can have a lot of things to get you distracted or by just sorting to different kinds of lifestyle changes to overcome stressful things in life. This is an informative book a lot of tips that do helps.
