Great Starter Book

If you are new to LinkedIn this is a good book to read. I was really hoping that for all star profiles there would be more how to take your profile to its next steps. Unfortunately the book fell short. I don’t even know how to use LinkedIn to story tell which I thought the book would teach me.

Pretty useless if you're able to have an hour free to just learn LinkedIn yourself. If you don't and somehow do have the time to read this, I guess it's okay for you. YouTube probably has better explanations, though.

I just recently started out on Linked In having only had it up for resume purposes when I started reading this book. There's so much that I didn't know and I spent around three days really cleaning up my LI, making it a little more detailed and polished. I definitely attribute the jump in page views and potential clients to this book!

I think this book would be really well suited for someone who is not very technically inclined and wanting to jump into the social media frenzy.

I found the information in this book to not really pertain to me but again could be highly informative for someone without a lot of online experience. I received this book free in exchange for an honest, unbiased review.

This book does a great job explaining the intricacies of LinkedIn. There is very little fluff; it is short and concise. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to be more involved with a social network that is only becoming more relevant in the professional world.

Most of the information in the ebook was already out-of-date and not applicable to either the free or paid version of LinkedIn.
