Ava Simmons and Jackson Bailey have been best friends for years. Through family drama, late-night conversations, and all the in-between, they’ve always had each other. Until Jackson disappears without a trace.

One moment, he’s supposed to be celebrating Christmas with his family and friends. Next, he’s gone. As the days turn into weeks, Ava refuses to accept that her best friend is dead, even when everyone around her starts preparing for the worst.

When Jackson is finally found alive, he returns home broken and barely clinging to life—and nearly losing Ava makes him realize he can’t waste another second hiding how he feels. As he and Ava grow even closer during his recovery, the two finally stop hiding behind their friendship and admit everything they’ve been too afraid to say aloud.

But Jackson’s nightmare isn’t over.

Someone is still watching.

And now that Jackson and Ava have finally found their way to each other, they have everything to lose.

Oh my gosh, I believe I need therapy. This book is so good. Another amazing read of T.L. Akermann Bailey Brothers #4, that I could not put down. This book has every emotion that you have involved in it. From start to finish I just can't stop thinking about it. When I was done, I was literally crying. Excellent book, I highly recommend it.
