⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Stars
Missing in Budapest by DJ Maughan kept me on my toes from beginning to end! I thought I had the crime figured out more than once, but I was definitely wrong. The story felt incredibly real because the events and situations portrayed are things that happen in the real world every day.
I truly felt like I was working alongside the PI, trying to piece together the clues and figure out what happened. What I really appreciated was how the story showed the difference between an actual crime and an everyday mental health crisis. I also loved that the author highlighted the importance of reaching out and getting help during a crisis and relying on support from loved ones.
This book kept me guessing, pulled me into the investigation, and left me thinking about the very real issues woven throughout the story.
5/5 stars for me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ll definitely be recommending this one to my friends!

“Missing From Budapest” by D. J. Maughan is a fantastic start to this Peter Andrassy Thriller Series. The story blends mystery, crime, and suspense perfectly, and Budapest makes for such a vivid backdrop. This is an amazing crime thriller and a strong first book in a gripping series!
