Fantastic narration. Adam & June sound so great together. I love that June really makes you feel that sassy strength in her performance. Adam's performance is superb; he has that perfect tone for an alpha MMC.

HOLY ... MOLY.... I knew the moment I saw who was narrating this book that it was a must listen for me, but I was not prepared for Reece Barden's writing. She had me in a chokehold from the very beginning.

Sienna is a down on her luck young woman just trying to make ends meet by working at a local restaurant that just so happens to have a new owner. Enter Luca, he college ex-boyfriend turned mafia boss. Luca is pure sex appeal, possessive, morally gray, and DOWN BAD for Sienna. These two are like magnets drawn together.

This book had some plot twists that I never saw coming, but they made the story so much more. I truly loved these characters and their story. I can't wait for book 2!

I absolutely loved this book and saved the next in the series as Want to Read! Good characters you can relate with, strong supporting characters and a heart-wrenching story. I appreciated the twists and turns, the strength of both lead characters and overall how good everything was. I highly recommend and can't wait for the next book.
