This book is a story about a Russian attack on the three Baltic States -- Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. An expansionist Russian President is in charge. He has already taken over Crimea and Ukraine. Now he wants to improve Russia's strategic position by taking over the Baltics. It is intended to be a 24 hour operation, but it doesn't quite work out that way. Russia runs into opposition on the ground but makes progress in most areas. However, it encounters air opposition for a limited amount of US planes. The battle develops into a duel between the US and Russian Air Commanders, and ends in a manner that neither expects.
