Not that useful

Should probably just go straight to a class or watch youtube videos. The simple descriptions and lack of illustration in this book make it unlikely to teach you yoga. This is more like a 30 page advert than something meant to teach. Please don't spend money on this.

Excellent introduction

This book is rated with 5 stars. It was relevant and easy to understand. It helped my understanding of yoga as a beginner.
