Bronwyn Cole is a vibrant young woman, full of energy and spirit, but her paralegal day job has her chained to a desk and wasting her youth.
She’s also forced to be subordinate to her creepy and demanding boss “coffee-breath Barry”. She and a trusted friend, Piper, start a juice-cleanse business, and it seems the sky is the limit. Especially after a generous offer from a beautiful and mysterious benefactor.
Should Bronwyn take the offer? Will she lose her best friend and original partner in the process?
This short and steamy romance is the debut for Victoria Starke and the Juice series.
Victoria Starke is a passionate but simple young woman. She started writing in high school and is a voracious reader.
She writes her sexy tales as an escape from her fluorescent-lit desk job. No one in the office suspects the mild mannered woman sitting next to them has a bibliography of passionate romance.
She loves interacting with fans online and through the mailing list, which you can join at victoriastarke.com.
After part 1 & part 2 I am finally ready to write my review.
I think the Author has in mind what she wants but then again I also think she wants to include everything. Not sure if this books is suppose to be about Boss man making sexual advances or if the main female is going to go with same sex or if it is going to be BDSM.
I think there was way to much happening for as short as the stories were. I found myself wincing at how fast somethings happened like meeting a complete stranger but having complete trust in him and then having sex within fifteen minutes of the first meeting.
Maybe I would have been more drawn in if things progressed a little slower. Or maybe this just was not the story for me
I don’t normally give bad reviews but with the line “I’m normally a shy and self-conscious sort,...” and the cliched sleepy boss scene in the drinking venue, I couldn’t read any more. There is no way she is, ore ever have been, the shy sort. Not with her language or her behaviour. How do I know? Because I am the shy, self-conscience, reserved sort. If bad cliched characters are your thing then enjoy yourself because I didn’t.
