As is my usual review practice, I've marked this as 'contains spoilers' simply because I use this space to wage my war in a 'medication vs. memory' battle. I'm not winning ATM. It will therefore contain spoilers...or not? I don't remember.
Summation If you don't like muffins, etc., don't buy this book.
My Rating Is my genuine opinion and it's value is only of use to me.
My Review (is a 3-choice system: Like-Okay-Don't Like) I definitely Like this book.
Due to the memory-thing, I actually do read cookbooks, cover-to-cover, and I've been looking for ages for a recipe for a savory muffin, instead of a sweet one. I ate a savory one a million years ago at a grocery store sample station. I didn't grab the recipe at the time and have regretted it forever.
A Brad-aside: There's several recipes containing seafood and/or cornbread. You don't like those in a muffin Brad...look at the next recipe.
Ms. Hatfield has become my favourite Editor for quick and easy cookbooks. The Kindle editions are cheap as dirt, so I'm accumulating them faster than I can cook them. However, reviewing a cookbook is so subjective, I doubt its value to anyone other than the reviewer. I will repeatedly refer to to this book.
