Five-Minute Frights

Rate this book
Five minutes is enough time for "terror." Eighteen stories feature ordinary kids in the most extraordinary circumstances. A haunted videotape brings a horror film to life. A visit to a carnival turns into an "out of this world" experience. Kids will be shaking in their shoes when they see what can happen. 96 pages, 18 b/w illus., 5 3/8 x 8 1/4.

I usually read Scary Stories to Read in the Dark to my students but they had heard the same stories over and over. I found this on our shelf in the library and we all absolutely loved the stories! My kiddos love jump scare moments and this book is full of them!
