A really useful book for me as a teacher. The book itself used teachers as examples quite a bit which I fthink made me feel like someone was listening in a way and that the difficulties of the job were acknowledged. Moreover, it gives practical strategies to take control of your time outside work and helps to stop ruminating over the day that has passed. I can highly recommend it to anyone who overthinks their day even when it's long past their bedtime!
