Helpful tips and insights on how to manage some of the pitfalls of our personality type. Also some great insights on our strengths. Overall was helpful to hear someone else put my thoughts and feelings in words. If you're not an INFJ you probably wont relate, but if you have a close friend, spouse, etc that is, you might gain some helpful knowledge too.
I liked this a lot, though once again I was left wanting more information. However, it was a great introduction to empathic traits and understanding that 'empath' and 'introvert' are not synonymous.
I love this book. It not only gave me peace with who I am, but it gave me great tools to improve and enhance my life. I am not broken. I am enough. Just a couple of things I learned that I didn’t previously deem to be true.
This is a good introductory read for those who don't know anything about the INFJ personality. However, for someone like me who has read a lot about them already, I didn't really find any new information or ideas. Overall, the book is good though.
Its great material but nothing that I didn't already know... not much of the techniques work for me but not necessarily for others. I imagined that I would understand how to handle my Empathic abilities a little better but I feel the same as before reading the book.
Very helpful knowing someone out there gets me! It's reassuring to have someone give me much needed insight on my daily struggles and offer coping mechanisms.
