The marked ones did not disappoint, loved it
After the calm of the storm had passed all help broke loose in Red Creek. Jason finally figured out where his loyalties laid, Kara found a group of her own and kicked some serious ass. Gestalt's plans were revealed and they were bloody and bad for Red Creek. With Saul questioning his father's death still, he is given information that could put him against the Guard for good. Jill, Nikki and Saul have a lot against them coming up but they are incredibly strong together, and w/ Karas new found group, they are gonna put one help of a fight up.
This one was action packed from the first chapters, getting to see how a rogues plans starts out was incredible and gross. The dead that turned into vamps was beautifully written! Victoria wrote the sex scenes with Gestalt so well that I loved reading about the bad guy getting laid. I am so glad that Nikki is finally admitting She is falling in love with Saul,( I love him already so thank god Nikki lol). Again this was an amazing part of the story, with great twist and turns around every corner. I was entertained the whole time and still loving the hot sex scenes!! She writes them very realistic and very hot but it doesn't take over the book either. Can't wait for the next one. Thanks again Victoria for the thrilling read

Just when all seemed to be back to some sort of normalcy... another vampire arrives in town.. lots of twists n turns, some answered questions, some new questions brought to air n left pondering.. loved this.. can't wait to read book five <3

A great continuation of the storyline. The intrigue by the opposing character groups is well-written and keeps you reading to find out what will happen next.

Enjoying the story so far. Does still feel a bit slow at times. Still trying to figure out the master plan and who is all working together. Can't wait to get started on the next book!!
