Gavin, a Siberian tiger, and Layla, an Arctic fox, fall madly in love. Two very different people with very different animals they shift to are a beautiful, hot couple.

Sanctuary is Layla and Gavin’s story – an arctic fox and white tiger shifter romance. This story is very much more on the erotica side of paranormal. Their sexual encounters are very graphic, and sexually intense. I loved their romance, but this is definitely an 18+ adult story.
Layla was rescued from the same wolves who had kidnapped Lila and Petra. She had gotten off easier, but still it was an experience she never wanted to relive. She had been staying at the Tiero Towers with her new friends, trying her best to not let too much of her own past leak out into conversation. She hadn’t counted on having the handsome white tiger shifter Gavin as a friend nor for the strong signals her fox was sending out. She would love it if Gavin were indeed her mate, but the way he’s been acting lately it’s as if he wants nothing to do with her. Perhaps it’s for the best – she hasn’t been completely truthful with her new friends.
Gavin was longing for Layla. But he would be strong and stay away from her, no matter what his tiger was roaring at him. She deserved better than him. A military man trained in special ops, he was a killer and if he was smart he’d stay far away from the inticing arctic fox. Trouble is, that’s not working out for either of them.
Sanctuary is a very hot, fast paced story. We have the mystery of who exactly Layla is – and is she in danger. She and Gavin make a sexy couple who definitely are well matched in the burning up the sheets categories. And we get our first introduction of the polar bears of New York.
I enjoyed this novel very much and would recommend it for any reader who loves paranormal shifter romance. Again, this one is on the 18+ adult story side. So if a lot of intense, descriptive sexual scenes turns you off – you have been told. But I enjoyed Gavin and Layla’s story very much.

Sanctuary is book 4 in the Always After Dark series by Elle Thorne. It gives us the story of White tiger shifter Gavin Castro and Arctic fox shifter Layla Romanoff.
From the first moment that Layla set eyes on Gavin she knew he was her mate. Since her rescue they had become friends. Until Gavin gets it in his head that he is not good enough for her. She is a Romanoff after all. Gavin starts pushing her away which only hurts and confuses her. She and her fox know that he is their mate. Fighting his attraction to Layla was getting harder and harder. So when he finds her a Sanctuary he loses control of his animal. He marks and bonds with her without permission which Layla is perfectly fine with.
I have to start off by saying I totally love the cover of this book. Now about the book. I love this book. The characters are sexy hot, tough, strong, spunky and very well thought out. The pace is steady and fast enough that's it grabs you in. It's well written but does have a few typos but nothing that will in anyway take away from the enjoyment of the book.
I highly recommend this book and series!!!

Gavin and Layla should be enjoying their attraction after all several of the others have mated outside the species. However, things don't work out as planned and the secrets both are hiding from each other just might keep them apart. I just love Gavin, he is such a strong character and he deserves to find his special someone. Fighting his attraction to Layla is getting harder even if he doesn't think he is good enough for her. Layla misses their friendship and doesn't know why he is keeping away. Her Fox says he is theirs and she is going to get her man. This was an entertaining storyline with several twists, turns and surprises. Ms. Thorne introduces some new characters and drops some names we have heard before. Ever the planner, Ms. Thorne is getting us ready for what is to come next. I always enjoy the dialogue between the characters in her books as they are usually very entertaining and make it easier to fall in love with them. Quick wit, family drama, secrets, engaging storyline, exciting characters and sizzling sex make this an awesome afternoon read.

Hmm an awesome read! Sexy and sweet and oh so entertaining. Gavin starts out being her friend but quickly extinguishes that which has Layla scratching her head. She knows he's her mate so she's confused and frustrated...sexually frustrated that is. Not giving up on him though. Gavin fears getting close to Layla because of the things he's done which aren't horrible. I think its more he didnt want to open up to her or anyone really. However, there is so much a tiger can take right? She's kinda incognito from her family which happens to be Polar Bears. They've been looking for her and she wants to be independent and hasn't been able to with her father and brother and clan. I actually liked her dad a lot. He's cool and once he finds out she's met her mate in Gavin its all good. He actually marks and bonds with her without permission which she happened to be ok with. Kinda unheard of but hey its all good. Loved the story. :)

Gavin is head of Tiero security and an uber alpha white tiger. Layla is a first artic fox determined to make her own way. Since her rescue, Gavin and Layla had developed a great friendship until he pulls away suddenly. They're both drawn to each other and their chemistry is off the charts smoking hot.
This was one of my favorites in this series. Stubborn shifters, secrets, sizziling chemistry, and a little humor combine to make this an excellent read. Though reading the whole series definitely adds to the experience I love that they each stand on their own.

Good
This book was good but not a lot of storyline for me and to much sex. Layla has been in love with since she first laid eyes on him. Gavin has avoided her cause of some past issues. A chance encounter inside Sanctuary and he knew he couldn't avoid her anymore. He needed to find out her secrets also.

Good read
I really enjoy this series I wish it had more of a storyline but beside that it's really good . I'm looking forward to reading the spin off series. Totally recommend to anyone looking for a quick read.

This was a cute story. Big Strong Gavin and little foxy Kayla. Romantic . and no real big drama but a few beck of erotic scenes! Loved it! Good ending to the , Always After Dark Series!
