Such a **great, steamy read** with a dangerous Bratva hero, instant attraction, and plenty of heat. If you love dark romance with an intense alpha hero, definitely add this one to your TBR!.

Part of "Forbidden Silver Foxes" series. When the agency phones and offers Sloane Mercer a job on a private airline at top dollar, she readily agrees. She needs the money. The pre-flight check seems normal other than the pilot is a complete douche. The other flight attendant is friendly and capable. The passengers are something impressive, obviously muscle, and the boss, Vadim Chernovar radiates danger and power out of every pore. He's also a bit of a d*ck, to the point that Sloan deliberately dumps champagne on him. Sloan is offered more flights over the next three weeks and everything looks good until they land in Bucharest and are met with gunfire. When a leak is suspected, the signs point to a shocked Sloane. Is someone deliberately trying to set her up?

Mile High Ruin by Liz Archer was a fun, steamy read with plenty of chemistry, suspense, and forbidden romance. I really enjoyed the age-gap dynamic and the tension between the characters: it kept me turning the pages to see what would happen next. The Bratva element added an exciting layer of danger and intensity, while the romance brought plenty of emotional moments and that possessive, protective energy that fans of the genre love. The characters had great chemistry, and I enjoyed watching their relationship develop despite all the complications standing in their way. Overall, Mile High Ruin was a quick, spicy romance with an older alpha hero, forbidden attraction, danger, and plenty of drama.

I've just finished reading this and it had me absolutely enthralled from the very start.

Sloane is a strong, plain spoken individual struggling to keep enough money coming in to pay for her brother's treatment. Vadim is a lethal, controlled pakhan who takes one look at her and can't understand why he can't stop thinking about her.

This is a fantastic fast paced story with grit, plot twists, betrayals, action and spice. The relationship between Sloane and Vadim was intense, troubled and fascinating. I loved that Vadim just couldn't walk away, even when he thought he should. Brilliant world building and likeable characters.

Conflicted feelings, high-stakes drama and a pregnancy that changes everything. Vadim and Sloane drew me into this action-packed drama and had me all caught up in it. It is a well written book with colorful characters that brings this story to life. Vadim and Sloane had me cheering them on to finding their path to happiness. The bickering and antics were so much fun to read.

I loved the age-gap dynamic and the tension between Sloane and Vadim, especially watching their relationship develop as the danger around them escalated. Their back-and-forth was entertaining, and Vadim’s possessive, protective energy was exactly what I wanted. A quick, spicy read with an older alpha, forbidden attraction, and plenty of action!

A delightful story that is full of suspense, romance, and passion from the very beginning. The Mile High Ruin is a wonderful story that takes us into the lives of Vadim and Sloane. A great story that is hard to put down. A page-turner and highly recommended reading.

Another book in the series and it did not disappoint. Bratva Vadim & Stewardess Sloane’s Love Story has many ups and downs. Had an extended amount of build up which I found a little too long. But in the end, not a story to be missed.
