I was lucky enough to receive a copy prior to release and I’m so glad I was picked!
This is my first book from this author and of this series and it definitely won’t be my last.
If you love a murder mystery, this one will have you second guessing yourself throughout!
I found myself holding my breath on occasions, as well as shouting in my head at the characters on who I thought the killer was.
This is definitely a book you can’t put down and I’m looking forward to reading more from this series.

This was an incredible thriller that had me up reading all night!

This fast-paced thriller had me on the edge of my seat for most of the time while reading and following their investigation. Especially the scenes with Max searching the next crime scene made me rush through the pages.

After I read the beta I read all of Tikiri's books and was very excited when I also got an ARC of I know you're watching.
We follow Tanya and her k9 partner Max and her good friend Katy in a small town which has a lot of secrets which are slowly uncovering.
Deaths, crime scenes, mysteries to be solved. Fast paced read! Cleverly written and it keeps you guessing who the villain is.

The first book in a FMC FBI lead. I’m a sucker for a FBI K-9 story so this series is for me. Tanya is a US FBI agent who is loaned to the Canadian Royal Mounted Police to give her a break after a very trying case. Unfortunately her trip across the border is not a relaxing one as she is immediately brought in to help on a murder.
Tanya does not have a golden, perfect background. She runs into an old friend from the foster system on this case. Tanya is a complicated character who will have your rooting for her. I’m looking forward to more in this series.

September 30, 2026I Know You’re Watching: Family Secrets. Deadly lies. A twisty psychological thriller. (Detective Tanya Stone Suspense Thrillers) my eighth read from Tikiri Herath. A 348-page women's detective thriller. I received a complimentary Kindle copy and am leaving this review voluntarily. Getting this book for free didn't affect my opinion. I look forward to reading more from this author; next up is Her Grisly Grave: A gripping crime thriller with a twist (Tanya Stone FBI K9 Mystery Thrillers Book 6) and The Girl Who Ran Away: A vigilante crime suspense novel (Red Heeled Rebels international suspense thrillers Book 1). I've been collecting Tikiri Herath books since 2019 and own 21 of them, so it's time to get reading! (RIP Marley, January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

This was my first book by Tikiri Herath and it won’t be my last. I was very impressed!
Tanya Stone is an FBI agent on loan to the RCMP as a liaison officer with her trusty K9, Max. She goes to Eagle Cove in Canada for a break after her last case.
The book opens with a cleaning woman being murdered in the brand new, not yet open maternity ward of a hospital with the killer letting us know one down and two more to go. The killer is leaving behind origami swans with taunting messages at the scene.
Agent Stone took the assignment in Eagle Cove because her foster sister and best friend, Katy, now live in Eagle Cove with her husband and daughter. As Tanya gets involved with the case, she realizes Katy is in danger and must stop the killer before Katy becomes the next victim. However, while trying to solve case, Tanya finds Katy has a dark secret from her past.
This book had me hooked from the first chapter. It is fast paced with lots of action and reveals with a smart female main character who is likable and very good at her job. The author promises no gore, explicit sex, cursing or any harm to the animals in her book and she delivers on that promise. And knowing nothing bad ever happens to Max is all I need to know. He’s a good boy!
This book is part of a series and I will go back and read the whole series. I don’t think I missed any plot point by not having read the other books.

I Know You're Watching is an enticing thriller that draws you into the mystery of what happens when hidden secrets come to the surface in a seemingly perfect, wealthy neighbourhood. While the story started off a little confusing for me, as it jumps feet first into the action, the story quickly unfolds, weaving the multiple mysteries together. I would highly recommend to anyone that loves a good thriller, especially one based on deep secrets.

I absolutely loved this.
This is a thrilling read.
Wonderful well written plot and story line that had me engaged from the start.
Love the well fleshed out characters and found them believable.
Great suspense and found myself second guessing every thought I had continuously.
Can't wait to read what the author brings out next.

This was the first book I’ve read of Tikiri Herath and I must say I was impressed. It held built the characters even with never reading her books before and held my interest! I definitely recommend!

September 20, 2026The would make a great NetFlix movie. Tanya and Max are an awesome duo that would draw an audience in and keep them glued to their screens. The story is exciting and scary with all the elements needed to make for "oh my god" moments throughout. Like a volcano waiting to erupt, the scenes and characters are bursting with darkness and fear to make our hearts pound and our breathing rapid.

Loved this book!
Great characters both old and new.
A distressing story that began long before Katy and Tanya were friends. Some tragedy, some twists, some outright lies and some deceit!
A thrilling read, with an ending that begs for lots more books in this series.
I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to reading more from Tikiri.
