207 books38 followersBoyd Craven Jr was born in Flint, Michigan, USA on December 7, 1957. He grew up in a close, country, family environment in Grand Blanc, MI. He went to school there, and at 18, he followed his father's footsteps into a career with General Motors there where he worked for 30 years and 2 days.
Upon retiring at 48 years old, he rediscovered the love for gardening his parents had taught him, raises his own food as much as is practical and enjoys teaching others to do the same. He founded The Urban Rabbit Project to teach others how to add a meat section to their garden, no matter where they live. He published his first book in Kindle Direct Publishing in November 2012 titled "Backyard Meat Rabbits" and discovered that he loves writing too. So, here he is, trying to become a great story teller, by studying daily some of the best ones out there. He can think of no better way to spend the rest of his days, enjoying his retirement!

Adrian
I am thoroughly enjoying learning with Adrian. It is easy to forget the age he is meant to be, it is hard to wrap your mind around the effects that genetic tampering could cause because the effects could be unlimited.
My heart hurts for these children who are as they are through no fault of their own, but for power and greed. Men are not Gods, they should be humble in their existence. We should accept responsibility in the face of our disasters, not segregate the innocent for our mistakes.

A second book following 'Adam', that tells the tale of Adam's younger brother, Adrian. As a Hybrid child, he's forced to escape from his family and the law to the far reaches of Florida. This book details Adrian's early adventures and the meeting of other hybrid children who have been shunned and cast off from society. The obstacles they encounter and their survival through perseverance make for an informative and entertaining read!
