Okay intro

Short start to the point, not detailed no expounding into the art. Book needs more pictures that are bigger and arrows showing the direction of the Jo staff

With the companion video this is a pretty good introduction to use of the four foot staff. If you're used to the Filipino rattan short staff, this shows the difference in handling a heavier hard wood weapon of the same dimensions.
