It's not often that a memoir like this is both an interesting story and well told. I was very impressed with this book and I feel like it really helped me understand some of my family members a lot more!

This is a very well-written story about a man and his struggles with a demon that has haunted him most of his adult life. The format is such that there is something for everyone. I have dealt with people that were addicted to alcohol and this would’ve been a wonderful tool to have had. He tells some fantastic stories; some will make you laugh, some will make you cringe, and some will make you cry. Join Frank on his journey to sobriety. It’s well worth the time!

This is a very powerful story of a one man's fight against alcoholism and its affect on his family, friends, and co-workers. It's funny, serious, and inspirational all rolled altogether. It's hard to put down; definitely a must read.
