A fair few diagrams are mislabelled and incorrect, making a lot of this confusing to get through. But once you learn to ignore those it's informative enough to understand electronics fairly well

Not finished.
I didn’t read all of this book, it offers a wide comprehensive view of electronics and unfortunately I’m not interested enough in every aspect so I skipped a lot of it.

This review is tough to put into words since this book wasn't all that interesting...to me. I'm biased in that this book I feel is probably great for someone who has no prior knowledge of electronics or electronic systems. It's simple and easy to understand and does come with reference websites on a per chapter/section basis for further research if one chooses to do so. It also comes with very detailed graphs and schematics on the basic circuits you'll explore. I did not learn a whole lot by reading this book, however it was a much appreciated refresher on my teachings from High School and College. I had a feeling the book was going to be below my level of understanding when the most complicated equation in the book was essentially Ohm's Law. Where I left off in my own personal studies was Calculus based electronic circuit analysis. Like I said, this book probably wasn't entirely intended for me. If you have a peaked interest in electronics and how they work, this book would be an excellent start.

Thank you Goodreads for sending me this book. As the description on the book says, this is a comprehensive yet easy-to-use introduction to understanding electronics. I liked the way the book is split into different areas or topics, which means you don’t have to start at the beginning, but can go directly to the things that interest you the most. A good introduction for anyone who would like to know about electronics, but is a bit wary of where to start.
