Sitting between people, smiling absentmindedly with not a faintest idea what the discussion has been all about, does this happen to you? Do you have a mind that runs helter-skelter the moment you have a minute to think? Do you sometimes admonish your silly behaviour that how you played out this whole situation so devastatingly in your mind when in reality it was nothing?

If all these things happen to you a lot, it is time to come to terms with the fact that you are an over thinker. You are amongst all those people who live within their heads more than they live outside. There are excessively analytical and ignorance is not so much as bliss as it is a bane for them.

It is one thing to think joyously as you stroll in the park, lost in empty thoughts and just flitting from one idea to another. However, it is a completely another when you let your thoughts take control of you. Pleasure thinkers move on, get on with their lives and have full control over their feelings. However, over-thinkers get trapped in their heads and beat themselves up for things that are not in their control.
Over thinking is not a disease, it is not a mental condition. It is only a compulsive need to disintegrate the thought into so many bits and pieces that its stops making sense altogether and eventually takes an all new meaning. Unfortunately for them, the outcome of this process is never a good one.

Living a life of an over thinker can be emotionally and even physically taxing. Before you take control of your life, you need to reclaim power over your thoughts. This is what this eBook is for. I will tell you, one step at a time, how to gain that power over your mind and how to turn that frown upside down!

HI there,

My name is Yassine AKA "Jason Aites", I am currently seeking my bachelor degree in science, I love to help people and that's why I work in medical field. To me, helping others by sharing my thoughts and opinions, should be a natural extension of everybody who thinks that can brings hope or joy to people who need it.

Even though I'm not a big writer, but I am a persistent person who knows what achieving and earning something really means. I am the kind of person who will pursue what ever I want until I get it. I did not mention that English is my third language, French second, and Arabic is my native language, and with being sad, I had a big challenge to reach where I am at now, thanks to God and my family.

One of my main reasons of writing is that I believe that writing something powerful and meaningful, sure has that ability to motivate & inspire others in order to leverage their weak side of their lives!

Trading stocks is one of my favorite things to do, I have passion for swing trading and how to follow trends. If you like trading stocks or you're a beginner, you can follow me on Stocktwits.com and look for me (YTrader727). Also I am be available on Good reeds. Say hi to me, and if you need a recommendation, I will be there for an advice with no charge :)

Great Book

Filled with good reasons for one to be thinking too much, all over their head. The author takes the drive from potential reasons to effective solution.
Since the book is small it could be used as a base for most people suffering from overthinking in a effective and comprehensible way.
Thank you
