It doesn't have much in the way of "step-by-step" instructions, but shows a lot of sketches of action poses. It covers guys, girls, ninjas, and a couple of monsters. Good commentary accompanying images with the hows and whys of the sketch. 4 stars

Could of done better

It's not that bad but they could have done better on some of the art work
But that's about it
