Oh, I loved this book. I just loved Hector and Paul. There’s nothing like a hate to love story. Especially, when it involves so much erotic hot domination.

This book is like literal porn on the page. Extremely descriptive to the point you can almost taste or smell what’s happening… depending on your tolerance this one could be stomach churning. Came across this book in a MM romance group. Pretty sure what caught my eye was the recommenders note that the author does not skimp on the details. And I can attest to that, this was surely a wild ride from start to finish.

Cancelled flights near the holidays are never enjoyable but add in a brute of a Marine seemingly cutting the line and tempers flare. Eighteen years old college freshman, Paul, doesn’t know how to hold his tongue and in a snap reaction ultimately makes himself a pariah within the terminal. Now flightless and hotelless, his savior turn out to be the Marine he chastised and tried to belittle for skipping the line.

While these two aren’t friends, they quickly fall into master-slave type roles, complete with degradation and humiliation. From there the things they do quickly progress from two people to five, then back to two, and onto four, and back to simply Hector and Paul. Like I said a roller coaster. And somehow amongst all the kinky goingson there was a budding relationship. I’m curious to know if there is another book for these two unwitting companions.

At this point, I've practically read almost all of DJ Heart and Keegan Kennedy's books. I've only held off reading the rest just to make sure I don't run out of kinky MM erotica.

I thanked the stars when I discovered Thomas Carver in the recommendations list. His books fit the genre, and although short, they are pretty good. I'd definitely recommend his books to anyone who is in the same situation as me. Can't wait to read more. Currently got my eye on the Jocks are Jerks series.

A wild ride!

Wow! I had no idea what to expect when I chose this book and the best way I can describe it is that it was a wild ride. I enjoyed it quite a bit and wish there was a follow up to when Hector returns from his undisclosed location.

Horny af, pretty kinky, I could do with less of guys spitting in other guys' mouths but hey, Carver clearly gets off on that (it's in every book of his I've read so far) and it's worth reading that to get to the rest of the book.

It sounded so promising...but it just fell flat....

Paul's flight home got cancelled, and now his only option for the night is sharing a room with the smart-ass Marine who cut in line in front of him at the ticket agent's desk. Paul's annoyed, but as he and Hector get better acquainted, he finds that Hector's a little more..actually a lot more...than he seems. Before you know it -- Hector's got Paul in chastity, and all kinds of Kink is breaking loose. Eventually, of course, all good things must come to an end, but as Paul and Hector part ways, there's the promise of more.

I was hoping to like this book more. There just wasn't enough connection between the characters to keep my attention or my interest. The author just seems to want the characters to have as much sex as humanly possible, and to check off as many of the "kink" tags as possible -- chastity? Yup. Group sex? Got it. Humiliation? Check...Even in a quick and dirty read like this one, the story still ought to be credible, but here, everything happens too fast and too easily...and so I checked out early.

So...just 1 star for a story that should have been better.

Loved the ending

At first I really didn't like the protagonist. The situation was realistic although I thought the other character was lying about either having been in line or why he left it. That part felt contrived.
Even though this takes place over around 24 hours it is possible to get a strong impression of the main characters, especially Bran. I really enjoyed it.
