“Those eyes kept me alive. Her skin was what kept me present.

She was the only escape from the roiling rage inside me, my hatred of my own limitations, my humiliation that I could not overcome every challenge every time. I would fight for the rest of my life to be a man who overcame all the shit life could throw. But I wouldn’t always succeed. Sometimes I would fail myself. Sometimes I would fail others. And it drove me insane. If I had known how, I might have howled with grief, but it never occurred to me that all my wrath had a source.”
– Aidan (Wrath)

Wrath is a badass hero. As a wounded ex army specialist and now member of the Fire and Steel MC Club he needs someone who can help him heal...even if he doesn't realize it. War and post-traumatic stress disorder has broken his spirit, preventing him from finding true happiness. Fiercely independent, Emma knows what it’s like for her life not to be her own, and she doesn’t want that anymore. She already broke her rule getting involved with him at all. But Wrath isn’t one to give up easily and he’s willing to fight for her—for them. When violence is building up and Wrath’s responsibilities in the club are increased, Emma starts questioning her MC lady role.

This was a good story and I was involved from the start to the very end. The chemistry between Wrath and Emma was so perfect, not to mention their sizzling sex scenes! Their story wasn't a fluffy, light-hearted romance but as you can imagine one filled with sadness, anger, and intense emotional battles.

It had great characters, they were easy to connect with and I loved Wrath. The secondary characters were all just as realistic and lovable as the main. A great MC book, the Fire and Steel MC Club has a place in my heart.

There was a lot of descriptive sex and hard language, typical for an MC story. Got to say Wrath was pretty hot. He is a dirty mouthed alpha and well endowed. There is an HEA for Wrath and Emma but lots of things happen to them before this happens. Some loves are just meant to be.

Aidan (Wrath) is a injured vet looking for work. He doesn't seem to be having any luck, until he wonders into a bar and meets Rage, the president of the local MC, Fire and Steel. He agrees to take a job as a mechanic.

Emma is working at the bar to help pay for college. She is strong willed and doesn't take BS from anyone, let anyone some drunk bikers. In walks Wrath and let the fun begin. This was a great sexy-hot read. Emma and Wrath seem to have this instant chemistry that flows though out the book. Emma fights the attraction due to Wrath's dangerous occupation, at the same time Wrath is going through a lot post traumatic stress from his military days and Emma seems to be the only one who can calm him down.

I enjoyed this book. It was a dirty gritty love story, with sexy bikers thrown in. It also has side stories going on, Mob take overs and pissed pimps, that all tie together for a great read.

This story was basically good with some strong characters. With that said, there were several things that distracted and aggravated me. I noticed multiple contradictory issues throughout the book such as in more than one sex scene it says the H takes off all her clothes, she's naked but then he puts his hand up her shirt or skirt. Another example, there is descriptive text about someone picking her up in a vintage car but then they get in the "cab of the truck." There were many more examples of things like this that threw me off track. Maybe I'm a little too picky but these things got to where they just jumped out at me. The author can write very good action scenes but the little details as outlined above take something away from the story.

4 Stars:
Among some of my favorites. Outstanding literary work. The characters are well developed, interesting. The liked characters are likable and the hated are unlikable. The writing is captivating enough to keep you interested until the end and leave you wanting more. It has a fairly original or uniquely well-developed plot. The pretense and romance was well balanced and done with properly distributed amounts of hints, behaviors and chemistry. Not so much predictable if at all. Overall, loved it, I recommend reading!!

I am LOVING this new MC series!! After reading Rage I was looking forward to the next one, and I ended up liking this one even more! This book picks up right after Rage ends. It can be read as a standalone, but in order to know the key players and the background I suggest reading the series in order.

Emma is working at the Kat House, a strip club that the MC is involved with, as a bartender. She's trying to make money to pay for her school and rebuild her life after a difficult past. She's watched her mom ruin her life with drugs and prostitution and wants better for herself. The only problem is that she can't escape her past because her mom's former pimp is after her. He believes he's owed her as a replacement for her mother. So far, he's just sent menacing packages and letters but the fear is still there.

Aidan has been home from the service for about a year, and his life just keeps getting darker and darker. He lost a leg in a car bomb, along with many of his friends and the guilt he has for surviving eats him up a little more every day. His life changes for the better after entering the Kat House for a drink and meeting Rage. Rage ends up offering him a job fixing cars, which is something he excels at. That serves as the start of a new sense of belonging for Aidan for the first time since returning home. He has a purpose and people who have his back just as much as he has theirs.

Aidan has eyes for Emma from their very first meeting. After her car breaks down and he's in charge of giving her rides to school and work, they begin developing a relationship. As they grow closer, Aidan becomes even more involved with the club and the dangers that represents. Emma isn't sure she can live with the knowledge that every time he leaves on a run he may not return. But Aidan can't let her go, she's the first and only woman he's ever let get so close to him. She looks at the man beyond the wounded soldier and loves him for himself. At the same time, he's loyal to the club and owes them his life. They've become his family and he won't give them up. Emma needs to accept him for who he is or not at all.

Along with all the peril the club is in at this time, Samuel (Emma's mom's former pimp) is becoming more of a threat. Aidan is trying to do his best for the club as well as protect Emma from her past. If they can work through all of their issues, they're just what the other needs. Emma needs to be loved and protected and supported through her college and dreams for her future and Aidan can provide that if she lets him. Aidan needs to be relieved of the nightmares and the guilt of his past in Afghanistan, as well as feel like a whole man ,and Emma is the only one that can soothe him.

I loved the roller coaster ride of their relationship. I went from feeling all warm and happy inside to cussing at them both and wanting to throw my phone. There are times both of them need to get their heads out of their asses and realize what's truly important; which is a love like neither of them would ever find with anyone else.

I'm super excited to read Thrash's story next and to see how the trouble the club has been dealing with since the first book works out!

This is book 2 in the Fire and Steel MC series. --This is a Stand Alone Book with an HEA ending

This is another great story in the MC story --Emma Snow has had a rough life- always had to struggle, fight to keep her head above water, to keep her independence but it cost her horribly. She is working in a bar to earn money to go to college. She seems to be in a good place until she starts to have her past snap back and drag until down…

Aiden aka Wrath ,a wounded vet , is also in a struggle to keep his head above water. He feels he has nowhere to “lay his head”-no home, no family—But he suddenly gets an offered a job while at a bar. Wrath is unsure if he is being “had” but he has nothing to lose so he takes the job. He takes the job offer and realizes while on the job that he is working for the local MC biker gang. Wrath asks himself does he want to get tangled up with this MC gang and the danger and he ends up continuing to work for them …

Wrath and Emma meet one night while she is working at the bar and he happened to come in and hang with the MCs. Emma falls for Wrath and she has an issue with violence and danger and she doesn’t have anything to do with the MCs. So that is an issue for her –she doesn’t associate with the MCs. Their new relationship is fraught with issues from the get go. They have such explosive chemistry because they are so attracted to each other but Emma has troubles with his job with the MC. There is twists and turns in the story and also we get to visit with our old friends from the previous book Layla and Cullen, Mick, Thrash and others—All I can say , this was a FANTASTIC story and Wrath has an emotional story which is also tied with Emma’s . Their journey is one that I am so glad that I read. I will say at times I wanted to give Emma a swift kick in the pants along with Wrath. Their journey is one that a box of tissues is recommended.

My Rating: 4.6 stars ****

100 Stars......Just Perfect!!!!! PERFECTLY Executed story from start to finish, a Grand Slam!!!!!!!

OMG, I just finished and to say this story was absolutely beautiful and perfect would be an understatement for me, lol, this was just, simply put, PERFECT in every sense of the word. Now anyone who saw my review on the fir book, knows that I liked it but was not completely in love with the story BUT this story, OMG......wow, it was beautiful and sexy and Aidan and Emma.....OH GOSH, did I freaking LOVE, LOVE, LOVE those 2 and their beautiful connection. They were HOT, they were sexy, they were so damn real and they were so damn honest, I mean these 2 were without a doubt as PERFECT as their story.

OK, so this story flowed beautifully and seamlessly and flawlessly and yep, you guessed it PERFECTLY!!!!!! I loved every aspect of this story, every single second of it. It was well written, the storyline was intriguing and interesting and what I loved as much as Aidan and Emma was all of the other characters as well. Not gonna lie, did I LOVE Layla and Rage in this story, oh gosh, they were even better in this story than their own, lol, at least for me anyways and I mean that in the best way... I have said this before and I will say it again, THIS BOOK is the EXACT reason why I always give a new author to me a second chance because well, this story, these characters, they all blew me away..... It was just a fantastic read. I could literally "feel" every bit of the love that Aidan and Emma felt for each other and I can't stress enough how PERFECT and BEAUTIFUL these two were for each other. Their relationship was just, my gosh, I have no other words right now but let me tell you I enjoyed every single second of them together.

I LOVED this entire story, from start to finish... Congrats Kaylee Song, this was brilliantly written and my heart is filled with such joy to have experienced Aidan and Emma's journey. I CANNOT WAIT for more of this series, more of this couple and more of all of the great cast of characters, I am officially hooked!!!!!!!

Wrath (Fire and Steel MC Book 2)
Kaylee Song
5 stars

This is a GREAT story. Kaylee has stepped it up in book 2 featuring Aiden; a wounded Army vet. Aiden is struggling to mesh back into society not by his own doing but by the country that he swore to serve and protect. Every interview the same questions are asked and its starting to take his toll. He’s falling into the dark. Stopping in at Kat’s is exactly what he needs. Beer and women. Little did he know his life was about to have purpose again; and all by chance at the hands of a man named Rage.
Emma Snow has had a rough life- always had to struggle, fight to keep her head above water, to keep her independence but it cost her horribly. She is working in a bar to earn money to go to college. She didn’t want to owe anyone. She saw her mother fall into that trap. Emma wanted to be nothing like her. Thank goodness her Aunt Kat had adopted her.
However her Aunt gave her the names of the men she could trust and the boys of Fire and Steel were always good to her Aunt. However that didn’t mean she wanted anything to do with them … until she saw him. He wasn’t wearing a patch so why was he with them?
Aiden and Emma are just beautiful together. I LOVED THIS STORY. There is so much going on here and all the while we also get to visit with our old friends from the previous book; Layla and Cullen, Mick, Thrash and others—All I can say , this was a FANTASTIC! Wrath has an emotional story which is also tied with Emma’s. Two lost souls … Exceptional.
Kaylee’s books seem to be getting better and better – bring on Thrash. He is up next!

Wrath is the second installment of the Fire and Steel MC and hands down my favorite in the series. I was captivated from the start with Wrath’s story as he is one stone cold bada** who has been to hell and back. He’s a wounded ex army specialist who becomes a member of the MC. He’s eaten up with unforgettable memories and has post-traumatic stress disorder which has left him with a broken soul. From the first glance I think he knew meeting Emma was going to change his life. She’s outspoken, independent but has the heart of an angel. She sees in him something beyond the anger and war damage. As their passion flares, OMG does it get hot and their relationship grows so does Wrath’s responsibilities in the MC. Which leads Emma to question the danger and if she’s cut out for her role in his life. But one thing is for sure Wrath’s not going to give her up without a fight. Well written, intriguing and so dang hot. Would recommend.

I am loving the second book in the Fire and Steel MC series!!! After finishing Rage I couldn't wait to see who's story would be next and Kaylee did not disappoint me. In fact I loved Aiden's story even more than Cullen!!! Even though this story starts where Rage ended it is a standalone but to better understand the backstory I highly recommend reading Rage before Wrath.

The story is about Aiden and Emma. I loved hearing their story from both of their viewpoints. It gave me an insider's view on their feelings and thoughts and I loved that. They have undeniable chemistry and their steamy scenes are off the charts hot!! I also liked seeing Aiden's tender, vulnerable side when it came to Emma. However there were times that I wanted to smack them both upside the head for their stubbornness lol.

MC series are one of my favorite genres to read. With as many as I have read it was a little unbelievable for a MC to allow someone into their ranks so easily. Just on a few hours of knowing Aidan "Wrath" he was giving a job, and by the end of the work day asked to hang with them to see if he was a fit for the club. Totally jumped the whole prospect aspect of being a part of the MC. Not that I have any experience except for reading in books but that is too far fetched to ever really happen.
As for Emma I didn't get how she was so strong and capable of kicking ass but the minute she really needs to use her skills she can't. I was getting sick and tired of her wishy washy attitude when it came to Aidan "Wrath" commitment to the MC. She was fine with it until he had a mission that took him into danger and then she would throw a bitch fit. Once she got over it she was fine with him being in the MC until the next time he was called out and she would throw another fit. She was saying he gave her an ultimatum but the truth was she gave him one. She was trying to force him to choose. There was a moment when Wrath was thinking about how he felt about Emma is was a little cheesy.

What I Thought

After reading Rage, I was looking forward to starting Wrath straight away! I enjoyed book #2 so much more, so now I need book #3, imminently!!
Wrath carries on straight from where Rage finishes.
We start off with Aiden, frustrated after being turned down at yet another job interview because of his disibility. Aiden is a war veteran, he completed nearly three tours in Afghanistan before a car bomb caused him to lose his leg. So now, even though within a year, he has completely adapted to having a prostetic leg, he is still being turned down for work. Aiden decides to stop at Kats cat house to drown his sorrows and get a little lady action. Whilst there venting to Kat about his frustration, Rage offers him a mechanic job at the clubs garage, saying it’s the least he can do for someone who fought for his country. Aiden accepts.
Aiden knows who he is working for. Members of the Fire and Steel Motorcycle Club. He proves his worth and that he is a hard worker and soon Rage, as club president, is inviting him to hang with the motorcycle club, as a prospect, giving him the name Wrath. Aiden realises this is what has been missing for him, being part of a team, having brothers, a family, so he becomes a prospect. Part of the Fire and Steel Motorcycle Clubs work is protection, Kats cat house being one place they watch over. It’s here that Aiden/Wrath meets Emma.
Emma likes to be fiercely independant. She doesn’t like to accept help and despises pity from people. She needs to pay for college somehow though, so has to accept help from Kat, her family, to be able to pay her way. Emma turned to Kat after her mum was instititionalised in a criminal facility, after trying to sell her daughter to her pimp for drug money.

“You wanna see what I can do?” I asked, grabbing the ingredients to her favourite drink. Tequila sunrises were so nineteen seventies, but they were also Kat. A little bit slutty and a little bit classic.

It’s instant attraction for Aiden and Emma the moment they set eyes on each other. When Emma’s car breaks down, Aiden jumps at the chance to help out. Fixing up the car but also driving Emma around wherever she needs to go. The attraction quickly develops and it’s not long before Emma is Aiden’s girl. The problem…….Emma doesn’t like the motorcycle club. What she thinks it represents and what she thinks they do. When Aiden is patched in, Emma needs to decide, does she love Aiden/Wrath enough to accept his involvement with the club?
Aiden knows Emma doesn’t like the the club, but being involved with them has saved him. She doesn’t understand what they stand for. That they are like family and have each others backs. Can Aiden make Emma see why his loyalty is so strong with the club? On top of her disapproval and it causing slight rifts between them, Aiden is trying to protect Emma from her mums old pimp, Samuel, who has become a serious threat.
Aiden and Emma are just what the other needs. They understand each others issues, they can support each other, their connection to each other can help them recover from their traumatic pasts. Can they overcome Emma’s issues with the motorcycle club, can she deal with him doing life threatening work with them, to be able to be together?
So everything I wrote on my review for Rage stands for Wrath but more! This story is also written from the male and female point of view. The writing style in Wrath seemed more descriptive, it created more imagery in my mind. It did pull me in more, I felt more depth from Aiden and Emma’s relationship, and even though it was a bit up and down, it was in a “will they be able to pass this?” way, with me on the edge of my seat, hoping so. With the concerns coming between them seeming genuine, not childish.
Wrath was an emotional story with so much to overcome for both Aiden and Emma, both lost and wanting to move on.
Wrath tended to focus more on the relationship aspect than Rage did, but don’t worry, there is still plenty of edgy MC action.
The sex scenes…….Hotter!! :-)
I like how the story followed on with Cullen and Layla from book #1 to. That now that their story has been done, they haven’t been forgotten. They had plenty of interaction within this story. I was hoping the Bones storyline from book #1 would follow on a little more, but I know that’s not done and dusted yet.
Now for an impatient wait for book #3, Thrash, to see how the story follows on.

Wrath: Fire and Steel Motorcycle Club Romance (Fire and Steel MC Book 2) (Kindle Edition)

I loved how Kaylee captures emotion brought on by the struggles in life and works that into an addictive MC series. Aidan "Wrath" is a wounded and now retired soldier, but being a soldier is in his blood, it makes him lethal, and it certainly makes him sexy. He is faced with pressure of trying to find his place with society, with another pointless job interview he ends up meeting Rage. Yes, I was giddy the whole time, Rage took an instant liking to Wrath, he recognized so much strength in Wrath and knew he would be a calm and deadly force to his club. I couldn't wait to see how these two were going to bond, what mess they were going to get themselves into, and I laughed a few times of how cute Rage is with protecting Layla.

Emma and Wrath's attraction is strong. They can't help but to stare at each other. I felt like they were hit fast with this attraction and was taking time to catch their breath, time to process what was happening, I enjoyed the pace and the build up to them. Emma is strong and sweet, she is like Wrath, very independent and trying to work her way through school to become more in life. They both want no hand outs and no pity. They were dealt these cards in life and it didn't break them, so they were going to do what they needed to do. I love a fighter!! The moments they were together, were so sexy. Just their banter was a turn on. They were making me grin. Wrath ended up being such a surprise to me, this strong guy, quiet, calm, lethal, had such a protecting side to him. His words were hot, he was unafraid to show his emotion. YEA THAT IS SO HOTT!!

He cared for Emma and their conversations just seemed so natural. When they are at the diner, I was grinning like a fool:

"I wanted to take you out, and this is one of the only places I liked." He leaned in. "You got a problem with that?" That freaking grin. It was so damn irresistible, even when I knew he was baiting me." "Nope. do you?" I asked, countering him, "Or did you just want to stare at me from a new vantage point?"

and here this is when Wrath, completely rocked my world!!! "I'd rather just feel your body against mine on the back of my ride. I consider that payment enough."

YEP I WAS SO READY FOR THEM!!

This book captured the sweet moments and dangerous moments. I thought that this was a well written story, that if you never gave an MC read a try, I bet you would like many elements to this story. The fact that we are around the club members and are being introduced to other characters has made me addict. I really can't wait for more. The action in this story is just enough to have you want to keep up, and make you worry about these guys. There seems to be a lot of enemies that need to go, in order to right their club. I thought that Emma's reaction was natural to her boyfriend being in danger. I liked that it gave her something to bond over with Layla. Emma and Wrath truly deserve the best.

Like Rage, I think Kaylee excels in tying emotion to an MC series. Wrath is a wounded soldier with so much to overcome physically and emotionally. Emma didn't have the best past, but has found her place with family and friends. I think as important as it was for them to work as a couple it was just as an important for them to be strong individuals. The moments when danger is around only heightened the emotions when they were intimate. Emma is taken back from Wrath's injuries, which again was such a natural reaction, but she pushes through it, because the man in front of her is truly all man. I can't wait for more!!! Bring on more emotion, more danger, laughs, and sexy time! Such a unique MC series.

Received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Wrath is a continuation from Kaylee Songs first book Rage. While I believe that you would be able to read this book as a standalone, I highly recommend you read Rage first so that you can fully understand everything that is going on. Wrath does offer some explanation from the events in Rage, but I think that reading Rage give you more information and keeps you invested in the book.

Wrath is the story of Aiden and Emma. Both leave completely different styles of life, but they both have a common ground. Aiden is a war vet who has to come home and is having trouble finding work. This is what allows him to become involved in the MC. Emma is going to college and she took a part-time job at her cousins Bar, which just so happens to be under the protection of the MC. Through these events these two are able to meet and make a connection.

I really enjoy how Kaylee was able to incorporate a war vet in her story. I find it commendable that her main character served for our country. I could really invest myself in the story. I could understand how Aidan is going through all this emotional trauma from his time in Afghanistan. I also love how she wrote Emma's character. Emma had trauma from her past as well and is trying to work through it while working her way through college. I think this is the common ground that allowed Emma and Aiden to make a connection.

While the MC is still trying to solve the events from the first book, there are more events that occur for the MC. I think this book fully emerges you into the life of an old lady. I like the perspective from Emma and how she's perceiving the club. There's also another subplot that involves Emma that I find very intriguing. I think it shows that even through the MC has stuff going on, there are other dangers out in the world that they need to be aware of.

Again I really like the writing of this author and I really love the storylines and her books. With that being said, I did find a couple of grammar and spelling errors. I also felt that things happened a little fast. Even with this I still love the book and can't wait for the next one.

Plot= 5/5

Favorite quotes:
This wasn't a game to him. We could play all I like, but I could see the honesty in his eyes. He was looking at me like I was all he wanted to see.

I would tear down the sky for that woman. She gave me a reason to be alert, to stand on guard. I needed her.

Fire and Steel Motorcycle Club is one of the few MC gangs that I have fallen in love with. Kaylee writes her characters in such a way they become friends to the readers. You understand their emotions and why they make the choices they make. The loyalty and devotion to each other is second to none and their ethics in both work and gang activities are easy to admire. If a rival gang starts the war, Fire and Steel won’t have a problem ending it, but there are rules regarding the women and children.

When Aidan came home from the war he wasn’t the same as when he left. Getting a job wasn’t easy for this vet due to the injuries he received in battle. Angry and discouraged he stopped at a bar one day and found himself not only a friendly bar tender but a job with none other than our sexy man Rage. With Aidan’s mechanic skills, he fits right in at the garage and was invited out for a drink with the guys and Layla. This is where he sees the beautiful Emma Snow for the very first time.

Emma was no stranger to violence and pain. She was working at this bar dealing with grabby men and foul mouthed idiots because it payed good and she needed the money for college. She refused to ask for help or allow anyone to control her life again, she was one of the most independent women ever known and making her dream come true of becoming a physical therapist was vital to her future. Just when she thought she had left her past behind her, suddenly things started happening that was going to test her independence and her survival skills.

Aidan quickly was given the name Wrath with the MC gang and had the offer to join the family. He had seen enough violence and war to leave him with nightmares and flashbacks, did he want to leave that only to jump into a gang war. He was intensely attracted to Emma and he could feel she was drawn to him, but she had also seen enough death and pain to last her a life time. He has a second chance at having a family, she has her first chance at freedom and happiness, yet they both have a great chance at love with each other.

I strongly suggest you read Rage first because our beloved characters from that book will make an appearance in Wrath. Kaylee’s writing style is smooth and she brings the tender human aspects to the warriors on bikes in her stories. I love how she lets the characters drive the story and takes the readers on a journey that isn’t easy to predict but is intense with emotions and action. I can hardly wait to get her next book so I can dive back into my little world of Fire and Steel once again.

description

While the second book in the series, it can be read as a stand alone. This is my first Fire and Steel book and won't be my last.

Aidan is home from the military trying really hard to adjust to civilian life but ends up with road block after road block. He is a broken soul that just wants to work and get by. When he has been faced with one more rejection, opportunity lands in his lap.

"For the first time since I had returned home, I felt alive. I could question the morality of it all till the cows came home, but I wasn't about to give up this feeling. I'd spent enough time wandering. Now, I needed a home, ans I needed it to fit me just right."

Emma has just took a job at her aunt's club so she can pay for school and do something with her life. After a non-existent mother and her pimp stole her sense of safety she wants to find it herself.

These two are an unlikely pair. One with a set of steel balls and the other with ice running through their veins, but apparently the steel and ice mix to create this undeniable attraction. That neither has any idea what to do with. They are not looking for love, they are not even looking for something beyond a good time, but sometimes when you are not looking it finds you anyway.

"He was a sweet escape from the rest of the world. One I wanted to visit again and again. He was my heroin."

Aidan and Emma have a lot to work through. Emma is haunted by her past and Aidan is trying desperately to find his place in the world. His place just happens to be with an MC and that dangerousness doesn't sit well with his new woman. Can they work their issues out? Maybe...

This was a good MC book, there was some suspense and conflict. The pace was good and the story kept me interested. I found myself a little confused about where I was at times and how much time had passed. I thought the conflict was worked out okay but wonder if that story line has really ended. I am thoroughly interested in Thrash though and very much look forward to his book.

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. This book can be read as a stand alone but I would recommend reading Rage first just to get all of the references.

IN this book we meet Aidan and Emma. Both Aidan and Emma have some past demons that they are trying to get though. Both of them are looking for something more for their future they just didn't count on it being the other person. Emma is looking to finish school and possibly go into graduate school to get her degree in sports therapy. She goes to work for her cousin Kat to earn money for school that her scholarships don't cover. She is determined to do it on her own without owning anyone. She has had a rough upbringing and after all she went through she is determined not to rely on anyone but herself. Emma knows she is hiding things from those around her but she just doesn't want to drag them in. What happen when those secrets come back to bite her and those around her.

Aidan has returned from war not fully the man he was when he left. Between the loss of one leg and the nightmares Aidan doesn't feel is is right for any woman. Sure he has his fun but isn't looking for anything permanent. That is until he meets Emma, there is just something about her that draws him in and wont let go. So when he finds her broken down the night they meet he just has to help. Aidan thinks his day and night are looking up when first he meets Rage at a bar and he offers him a job at the garage, after that he meets Emma and sees that his personal life might be looking up. However the thing he feels is most important is the fact that Rage asks Wrath (Aidan) to join the Fire and Steel Motorcycle club. Wrath is proud to be part of a family again but how many directions will have be pulled into just to join the club.

This story is amazing it will have you hooked from the first word till the very end. This story is full of many twist and turns that will have you hooked from the fist word till the very last. It is a must read.

I recieved Wrath as an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Aiden, wounded war veteran is tired of feeling out of place. No family. No purpose. No life. Until he's suddenly and miraculously offered a job while sitting at a bar. Too good to be true? Maybe, but he won't turn down a chance oppurtunity. Turns out, said job is run by the head of a local biker gang. Does he really want to get himself involved in potential danger with a biker gang?

Emma, working hard in college to earn her degree, starts bartending at a local bar. Questionable individuals frequent the bar but she's making good money. Who is she to complain? She's feeling great, until a man from her past starts to harass her. Dead roaches, dead rats...She can handle it, right?

Aiden and Emma meet one night when she's working and he's hanging with the gang. Which ends up being a problem for Emma. She wants nothing to do with danger, violence and the potential for Aiden to never return. Aiden needs someone who can take him as he is, good and bad. Can Emma come to terms with Aiden's choices? Will Aiden choose Emma over his new family?

I am so very much in love with the Fire and Steel MC! This book is even better than the first. As much as I loved reading Rage, I loved reading Wrath more.
A lot of times when authors cobtinue into a series, the books become weaker. Not Kaylee's! They become stronger. Her writing is beautiful and your heart goes out to both Aiden and Emma. Kaylee creates a deeper appreciation for the soldiers fighting for our country and the struggles people face even as children.
I can go on and on about how much I loved and enjoyed Wrath, but just read it. Kaylee has brought to life an entire world of people that I feel if I just went there, I'd find them.
I highly recommend you read this book.

It's true that Wrath started out a little slow for me. It was interesting, but I was thinking it would probably only be a four star read for me, but then somewhere along the way, it started exciting me, pulling me in, and making me want to know what would happen next. I began to really love it and it totally became a five star read!

I kind of have a love-and-I-love-you-little-less relationship with Emma. She's strong, independent, and wants to do everything by and for herself. I loved that she's independent and that she doesn't take crap from people, but she did occasionally annoy me with her stubbornness and her feelings about the MC and Aidan. I could understand where she was coming from, but I still didn't like it. I wasn't annoyed with her most of the time, though, I really did like her and I loved her fire!

Now, I completely loved Aidan!! He's such he an amazing guy, he's honorable, he's a fighter, and he always goes the extra mile. He's disciplined, loyal, you know he'll always have your back, and he's definitely the guy to have in a crisis. Aidan is great with Emma - he's thoughtful and understanding and you could never doubt how he feels about her. He's a fantastic hero and I just loved him!

Wrath is full of steam, action, and a couple of really awesome fight scenes. It made me tear up and made my heart break, it made me yell and rant, and it made me laugh and grin. It turned out to be an excellent read and I really loved it! I can't wait to read Thrash's story and I really hope Ms. Song writes about Strike and Hawk - especially Hawk because I loved the guy!!

Wrath is a standalone, it's told from Emma and Aidan's POV, and they do get their HEA ending.

Emma is a fighter, attending school for physical therapy and tending bar at her cousin’s strip club. Aidan is wounded Army veteran who is being recruited by the MC Fire and Steel. Both of them have their personal issues that they need to work through, and the MC is going through some major changes since Bones has left. Will they work through them together or will the turmoil in the MC drive them apart?

“I would tear down the sky for that woman. She gave me a reason to be alert, to stay on guard. I needed her.

Needed her and the club.

Could I have both? She didn’t seem like the sort to become a biker’s woman.”

I loved this story being about a war vet and amputee. Emma didn’t care that Aidan was wounded. Their love was real and strong. I also connected with Aidan wanting to be part of a family again with a “mission”. Emma doesn’t want him to be in any danger and can’t stand to worry about him but that’s an issue they need to work through. The MC is his family/unit that he can’t leave behind.

This MC story is full of panty melting scenes too. I wanted to give them feedback during a few hot parts….you are getting screwed against a door, stop grabbing the frame! Grab onto Aidan! Who grabs the door frame behind them? What about balance issues? Ok….who critiques what the characters are doing during a sex scene instead of enjoying the sex scene, Robin? Just FYI...she did grab him eventually. I can’t wait for Thrash’s story in the next Fire and Steel MC book!

I didn’t think it would be possible to love this book more than the first, but I did. Everything about this book is amazing, gripping, and completely mind blowing. It will literally keep you on the edge of your seat, wanting and craving more. But that had a lot to do with the characters.
Let’s start with Emma. Boy she is one firecracker! She is another strong and independent character. She is driven, focused, and she is set on achieving her goals. I really loved her and how she was able to take care of herself and how she worked so hard to do what she wanted to do. It’s so refreshing to read about a strong woman in a book and it’s like the normal damsel in distress types. No, Emma is a special type of woman.
Aidan is another favorite for me too. I really felt for him. I wanted to hug him at times. He was so broken inside and I honestly did not know how he would get through it. But when he happens to run into another MC member, they change his life. They give him a purpose and a reason to get up and do what needs to be done. Yet again, this book isn’t all about the violence or the need for blood. Yes, there are some parts that calls for it, but once you read it, you will totally understand the why behind it.
I will say, I thought I was going to have to pull Emma out of my kindle a shake her at one point. She and Aidan are amazing together. They fit together perfectly, but man! She really frustrated me at one point. But, now looking back on it, I loved every second of it. It’s one of those stories that will make you come back for more, and I hate that is over! Please pick up this book and the first in the series as well. I promise you will not regret it!

****WARNING THIS BOOK CONTAINS ADULT SITUATIONS AND VIOLENCE*******

This is the second book in the Fire and Steal series.

This book is told from multiple POV.

I believe this book can be read as a standalone or part of the series with no cliffhangers.

This is Adrian's story. He has over come everything in his life losing his family, being in the service, and losing his leg. Now he he home and he has nothing. No one will hire him. Without a job he can't live, but all anyone sees is a damaged man. Everything changes when he gives up and walks into Kats cat house. Seeing that he's had a ruff time of it Kat gets him to talk about his problems. At the end of the bar is Rage with a job for him. Behind the the bar is the fiery women that will change his life. Emma is strong and independent. She will do everything in her power to never end up like her mom. When she take a job at her aunts bar, she never imagined she would fall head over heals in love. Falling in love is the easy part now can the except each other for how they are or will they tear each other apart?

This story was even better than the first. Emma learns she has to back down sometimes. Adrian learns that there is life after so much loss. Adrian's strength blew me away. This story is for everyone. I can assure you there won't be a dry seat in the house after this story, emotional or otherwise. If you love MC, strong women, even stronger men, trust, love and devotion, this is definitely the book for you. I can wait for the next book in this series.

I am a huge fan of MC club books. Wrath is right up there at the top of my list and I'm looking forward to more books in this series. Wrath can be read as a standalone but I recommend you don't miss Rage because it's a amazing book too.

This book is about Emma and Aiden/Wrath. Emma is working at the strip club Kat House as a bartender to put herself through college. She is a strong independent woman determined to not turn out like her mother in any form or fashion. Aiden is a honorably discharged veteran who is wounded in the war and suffers from survivors guilt. Aiden soon meets Rage and is offered a job as a mechanic and recruited into the Fire and Steel Motorcycle Club. Out one night for a drink after work he sees Emma for the very first time behind the bar at the Kat House.

I loved this story. I loved how strong of a character Emma is. Aiden though is equally as string a character and I loved them together. Neither one has had an easy life. When Emma's past comes calling can she give up some of that independence to Aiden/Wrath? Can she make it as an old lady in a Motorcycle Club. This book just has it all action adventure an alpha male with a dirty mouth and a strong woman to love which lead to some very steamy hot scenes.

Kaylee Song is quickly becoming a must read favorite author of mine. She write in such a way that you don't feel like your reading a book but smack dab in the middle of all the action. I love books that let you escape reality and have an adventure with characters you love. Don't miss this book or Rage. Your gonna love them both so much.

Author Kaylee Song is a relatively new author to me and I always enjoy finding new authors. Wrath is the second book in her Fire & Steel MC series. I love finding new MC books to read and even though those seem to be the only books I've reviewed lately. There's just something about them that I love, I think it's because there a little darker and grittier than just your regular contemporary romance.

I loved Aidan, or as he's better known as Wrath. He's dealing with his own demons from being just, or more recently being released from the army and losing a leg. He's trying to figure out where he belongs and finds that with the Fire & Steel MC.

Emma was a strong character. She is also dealing with her own demons and trying figure out her own place. She's a fighter, independent and a bit sassy.

After finishing the first book in this series I couldn't wait to read this book. I thought it was a very good read. There was a little bit of everything in it, drama, romance, and a sense of family even if not by blood. I saw a few mistakes that weren't to bad. Also there was a few little things that seemed to be missing to me, but that might have just been me being nit picking. Other than that I thought it was great.

I'm giving this book a 3.5 - 4 Stars out of 5 and I can't wait to read Thrash's story!!!

Coming back from your final tour of duty, hurt, friends died but he survives barely intact and now he is called a Hero. Yeah, he doesn't like that title. Aiden wants a family to fit into, people that will over look his injuries and accept him for the man that he is and the skills he has to make his life his own. He finds it in Fire and Steel and MC. What he didn't expect to find was his heart, Emma.
Emma is independent, strong willed and will not be in anyone's debt. She makes her way and refuses to let a man, any man own her and control her. She never expected her heart to want to be owned by a man, until Wrath sets his eyes on her.
This book is more than just an MC book it is filled with emotions that are complex and filled with love. I loved getting to know Aiden AKA Wrath, he is a loyal and honorable man that will not only win your hearts as you read he will heat your soul. But men like Aiden have flaws, why is he different? Because he knows he has them and controls them best he can. When he finds his heart, Emma and that she can calm the beast in more ways than one, well... He knows she will be the one for him, and he means to keep her forever.
Brilliant! Kaylee is giving us a group of men that although are part of something dark have a light inside them that makes them worth all the fuss. She also gives us women that you would be proud to call your friends or role models for you daughters. Perfection, I can't wait for Thrash's story.

RATED AN AWESOME 5 STARS!!!

***ARC gifted by author in exchange for an honest review***

Ok so holy s***balls batman! A military man and he joins a MC! *swoon* I love me a military man and add a MC to it and your golden! Aiden or Wrath is a broken man, beaten down by nightmares and memories from his time in the Army.
He's living day by day in torment and just existing and pushing thru day by day until he walks into Kats and meets Emma. Emma is a tough woman on the outside but on the inside is troubled. She is set on being independent and doesn't like taking help from anyone. When she accepts the job at her cousins club she just expects to make money to pay for college but what she gets is a whole lot more. Aiden and Emma are a couple that I will hold onto. Both have bad pasts and both are broken because of it but they also find comfort within each other over there pasts and both work together side by side to overcome the nightmares and memories. I haven't smiled this much while reading a book and then get soo furious that I want to throw my Kindle (I won't of course cause I'll lose them) but towards the end I hated Emma and just wanted to erase her but she righted her wrong and even though it came at a heavy price I am ultimately glad that she swallowed the pride she hangs onto so bad. Kaylee Song did is going in the right direction with this series and I can't wait to read Thrash next!
